Pros:

Главные преимущества отеля — расположение прямо у озера и близость к железнодорожной станции. Рядом находятся пляж и хорошая детская площадка.

Завтрак по швейцарским меркам неплохой: были яйца, скрэмбл, овощи, фрукты, сырная и мясная нарезка. При этом скрэмбл был посредственным, а несладких молочных продуктов — натурального йогурта или творога — не было: все предложенные варианты содержали сахар.

Cons:

Основное разочарование — заявленный вид на горы. Из нашего номера горы были практически не видны, поскольку значительную часть окна закрывала конструкция фасада. Номер в целом устаревший и довольно простой. Кровать небольшая, поэтому спать вместе с маленьким ребёнком было неудобно.

Обслуживание на ресепшене тоже оставило неприятное впечатление. Сотрудница не проявила заинтересованности в решении проблемы с видом. Хотя на одну из двух ночей был доступен другой номер, нам не предложили ни переселение, ни какое-либо извинение.

Ресторан при отеле — едва ли не единственное место поблизости, где можно поужинать, но он работает не каждый день. Цены очень высокие (швейцарского уровня), а порции небольшие.

В итоге отель выигрывает за счёт расположения, но номер с заявленным видом на горы не соответствовал нашим ожиданиям, а отношение сотрудников ситуацию только ухудшило.

Pros:

A wonderful hotel right on the shore of a beautiful and picturesque lake. There is also an option to rent a SUP board nearby. The room was small but comfortable. A perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Breakfast was included. The selection was not very large, but there was enough variety to find something to suit everyone’s taste, and everything was delicious. The girl at the reception was very friendly and welcoming.

I would happily stay here again!

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet
nicht abwechlsreich jeden Tag dieselbe Wurst.
Uns hat Scheibenkäse, Streichwurst........gefehlt.
Ansonsten war alles super.

Pros:

Die Größe der Wohnung war toll, mit Seeblick und die gute Lage zum Bahnhof und Bergbahn. Das Spielzimmer war ebenfalls gut nutzbar.

Cons:

Appartement war nicht sauber, Bettlaken schon bei Einzug verschmiert, keine Anleitungen für Geräte in der Wohnung vorhanden, Geräte/Möbel zum Teil defekt. Couch ekelhaft speckig. Keine Sofabezüge oder ähnliches vorhanden. Teilweise erschließen sich Schalterzugehörigkeiten nicht. Auswechseln der Handtücher während des Aufenthalts kostet Aufpreis, wozu sich nirgendwo ein Hinweis finden lässt. Aufklärung über Müllentsorgung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hätte besser sein können, Infomaterial/Broschüren für Unternehmungen in der Region an der Anmeldung fehlten gänzlich. Frühstück war am ersten Tag ok, danach gab es keine Brötchen mehr. In den Säften lagen tote Wespen.

Pros:

The location right on the water is brilliant but otherwise it's very secluded and not much around there.

Cons:

The staff at the reception and wish there was a better place to relax around the hotel. Room was very basic. Best bit was the terrace but unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there. We felt it was overpriced for what it was.
