Un hotel precioso
Pros:

El hotel es una maravilla. La casa es preciosa y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y están decoradas con mucho gusto. La zona del patio es muy agradable para tomar el desayuno o descansar un rato después de pasear por la ciudad. El personal, tanto el propietario como la mujer de los desayunos han sido muy amables y nos han ayudado en todo: parking, servicio de lavandería etc..y se han preocupado de que estemos bien en todo momento.. El desayuno nos ha parecido sabroso y variado. La ubicación es ideal!

Cons:

A pesar de todo lo positivo, la insonorización del hotel no es buena. Estuvimos en la habitación del piso inferior y se escuchaban magnificados los pasos y ruidos de los huéspedes del piso superior, hasta tal punto que mi descanso nocturno no fue bueno ya que me despertaba muy frecuentemente. Es una pena porque si no fuera por este motivo, el hotel sería perfecto!

Very nice hotel - but disappointing experience
Pros:

The location is perfectly located in Bodrum - right in the center, but very quiet. It's quite a charming old villa with good and relaxing vibes. The rooms aren't very spacious, but tastefully furnished and clean. We also did like the breakfast.

Cons:

We booked the hotel for its very positive reviews, and you can see from the positive comments above that we were happy with the hotel itself. Unfortunately I cannot give more than four points though, because overall we were very disappointed about our stay. The room we were supposed to receive was allegedly vandalised the night before and we were brought to 2 Star hotel (Eden Hotel) without much of a choice, without having seen the damaged room. We had to stay for two out of four nights at this different hotel, which was at a different location, further away from the center, next to a big and busy road, without charm. The rooms had a smell with very basic furniture and bathroom. The aircon was directly above our beds / heads, so we had to sleep with windows open and didn't get any sleep. For us, this had a significant impact on the quality of our holiday in Bodrum. The Notarius Hotel was very sorry, but didn't make any gesture - no partial reimbursement, not even a coffee or drink on the house. In general, such things can happen - but the service to make up for it didn't follow. So I can only make a disappointed review.

SUPER! Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Es war alles top! Die Lage war super. Direkt im Stadtzentrum, das Meer war auch zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar, Bushaltestelle max 10 min zu Fuss. Trotzdem sehr ruhige Gegend. Das Personal war mega nett, immer höflich und freundlich zu uns! Ich würde wieder herkommen. Das Frühstück hatte jeden Tag auch kleine Abänderungen, sodass es nicht langweilig wurde und es hat aufjedenfall gereicht.

Accogliente e imposizione strategica
Pros:

Il piccolo hotel si trova proprio in una posizione super centrale. La struttura è molto curata nel dettaglio, insomma non il solito hotel uguale a 1000 altri. C’è una ricerca nella decorazione e nello stile che io ho apprezzato molto. Le camere sono accoglienti e molto pulite, così come gli spazi comuni.
Il personale super gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Anche se ho apprezzato la colazione, composta da un piatto da loro preparato con diversi assaggi sia salati che dolci, io avrei preferito poter scegliere quello che voglio mangiare. Non tutti abbiamo gli stessi gusti e neanche sprecare il cibo mi piace.

Pros:

We had an absolutely stunning time at this hotel. We were a group of 8 girls of all ages, everyone of us loved our rooms, and the hotel. Absolutely everything was perfect and the team looked after us and looked out for us even waiting up late to make sure we were in safely on party night. I would go back with zero hesitation.

No bad things to say about it. Even the hotel cat was great! 😉😉😉

Central location, older building requires maintenance
Pros:

Central location in old town, close to all amenities near by, including market, taxis, restaurants and beach area. It’s away from the main road, so is quieter in general. Layout of site is ok, with cafe area at entrance

Cons:

Regular maintenance issues need addressing, including specifically the uneven bathroom floor, toilet flush button mount is coming off from wall, and ceiling tiles fall down. It’s an old building, so sound is transparent between rooms. No elevator. Helpful staff, but limited English along support staff
