It was a wonderful place a little gem. Staff was great, bed was super comfy and it's a historic building with modern updates.
The parking situation is a little rough but they do have valet parking which was great except it's a little pricey at $50 per day plus tip, with that being said parking yourself would kinda suck and the valet crew with Don and the other guys were great, very friendly and helpful. The only negative for us was the traffic outside at certain times was loud but I would assume that if you had a different room that would not be the case.(It wasn't so bad that you can't sleep)
Amazing rooms and the bathroom was pristine! Staff was lovely and super helpful (there just isn’t any room service but they are more than happy to place your order ahead for you to take to your room). The location was great for our stay since everything was less than 15 min away.
I did not like the valet only because how hard it is to use that short of a loop for unloading during a busy weekend but the staff was super quick with assistance and processing!
Breakfast was amazing and delicious. I loved the atmosphere and aesthetic of the place as well. Well equipped fitness center, as well. Best of all, it's good distance from food and entertainment.
I wish the fridge was bigger for my food, and a microwave would have been nice.

Beautiful property. Very clean. Desk staff is not the friendliest. Valet staff are very friendly! We loved them.
They withheld $100 for accidental damages. I was supposed to get the return when we left. I’ve yet to receive it 5 days later. Then for makeup on towels and such, they charged us $150. In with that charge was some dirt in corner of shower that was considered “extra cleaning”. It would have taken 30 seconds to get it up. Mind you, they charged us this within an hour of leaving and admitted to not even washing the towels yet. They are white towels, you can bleach. So that’s an extra $250 out of my account on top of the rate for staying the night. It’s insane.
It was moderately clean with issues like grey stains in the sheets and pillows and the lights would constantly flicker.
The location was okay since it was easy to walk but it was very confusing to go down the stairs and find certain amenities.

Everything , location , charm , lovely courtyard , very friendly staff , everybody but particularly Roderick . Very clean room with comfortable beds . Decoration gorgeous.
Showers without handheld . I requested and had booked through Booking.com a disability access room which had a shower with handheld and did not get it . They have few rooms with showers with handheld .
We were treated like family and not visitors. All the staff is very warm and friendly. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and and secure I'll be staying here again on my next visit.
