Very clean and good ambience

Pricing is a bit high
Everything was fine except for the in house health emergency that needs to be put in place. I had come down with severe dehydration due to vomitting and the property had not even a single medicine to take care of it which is a real concern. The front desk had to order from outside which took time. This is only a simple case and what if they are some major medical emergency? What to do then.
THE FOOD WAS GOOD
Breakfast was good, but dinner was not taken in the hotel,It has only one restaurant, not having other option

It was in a very convenient neighborhood, well equipped.
The scent was really too intense, probably due to the adjacent Kuuvam river.

Pool bar/rooftop restaurant was never avaliable due outside events! It was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.
I came to Chennai to attend an exam with a friend . We booked 2 rooms, both for 3 days. The staff were very helpful, understanding and always with a smile. Even though the menu at the restaurant was limited due to the LPG shortage while we were staying at the hotel, the hotel made sure food was available at all times. The food was tasty and upto the mark. The food took a little too long to be prepared and served, but the delay was understandable with the LPG shortage. The rooms were very clean.
The room (702) which I was staying, even though very clean, felt a bit old. Especially the bathroom, with an older kind of setup. It felt like it didn't meet the standard I was hoping for in the Ramada brand. But the room in which my friend was staying (701) was upto the mark you expect from Ramada.
