Bad rooms, cockroaches under the bed, cockroaches near the kettle, unhygienic bathroom flaps, bathroom floor tiles were unclean, bedsheets weren't washed or dried and was filled with dust.

Not value for money at all
Pros:

The location was good and staffs were helpful

Cons:

There was some glass light attached to the wall near the bed, it fell all of a sudden, my friend due to some fortune was not hurt. The sink was clogging all the time and the toilets had a foul smell.
