Pros:

Yemekleri lezzetli, imkanlar yeterliydi. Konaklama boyunca Whatsapp 'dan yazıp bir isteğimiz olup olmadığı sorulması nazikçeydi. Deniz ve sahil çok güzel.

Cons:

Kaldığımız odada 2 tane hamam böceği gördük. Ayrıca çok geniş alanda yayılan odalar var ve bayır olması sebebiyle engelliler için olumsuz durumlar oluşabiliyor. Plaj havlusu alınacak birimin 1 tane olmasının yeterli olmadığını düşünüyorum.

Absolutely beautiful resort! Great amenities, very clean, staff were all very pleasant and accommodating! Beautiful pools, buffet had GREAT food, the best food selection we have ever had at an “all inclusive” resort. All inclusive (full board) only includes drinks during meal times, I think it’s important people understand that so that they are not expecting full inclusive meals/drinks during the whole stay.

Cons:

We had to change rooms three times upon check in which took a whole day of our vacation. The first room they put us as a couple in a 3 single -bed room, the room they moved us to was very downgraded and old, and the final room they moved us to had an electrical issue and the air conditioning would not stay on. We finally decided to upgrade to the pool suites. This was the best hotel room we have ever stayed in, we loved it! But for $800/ night, you would think they would include the mini fridge bar which consisted of 2 small bottles of wine, 1 beer and some water/ juices. Instead, they kept restocking it every day as if it were included, and then hit us with a surprise bill at the end of the trip. The posted activities did not happen, we went to the beach two different days to play volleyball and no staff showed up for the event. They also charge $60/ towel if you do not return a beach towel or accidentally leave it at a pool. They should be more transparent about extra charges.

Tesis genel olarak iyi. Plaj, yetişkin havuzu, genel havuz, aquapark bölümlerinin ayrı olması tercihe göre seçenek bolluğu yaratıyor.

Cons:

Restoran yemekleri fena değil ama havuz başı cafe'deki yemekler gerçekten çok kötü ve kalitesine göre aşırı pahalı.

This is my second time at the hotel, and we enjoyed the stay alot, the staff was ver polite and helpful especialy Esra, the food was excellent , the pools and aquapark also and the kids activities also, i will come back again , i highly recommend it.

الصراحه لا يوجد شيء اعجبني سوا الاهتمام بالنظافه

العمال لا يتعاملون جيداً مع الزبائن ولا يضحون ابداً
الطعام مكرر في كل يوم ولا يوجد تعدد
الاسعار غاليه داخل الفندق بشكل جنوني
غرف قديمه رغم انها محدثه
يوجد حشرات غريبه بسبب كثرة النباتات والاشجار
لا يوجد على الشاطىء مرافق
والكثير ايضاً

Pros:

Ailecek planladığımız tatilde , çocuklar için aquapark çok cezbediciydi.
Deniz temiz ve plaj çok güzel.

Cons:

Casino misafirlerinin otel içerisinde dolaşması , denize girmesi hatta restorandan yemek yemesini engelleyecek önlemleri yeterli bulmadım.
