Las habitaciones cómodas.
El hotel es absolutamente precioso, la habitación muy cómoda, muy limpia. El desayuno todos los días yes muy variado y fresco. El ambiente del café es súper acogedor para pasar un rato agradable. Hay servicio de Sauna y Turco con una disponibilidad prácticamente inmediata y sin restricción. Lo mismo para la sala de juegos. Los atardeceres divinos! Pero lo mejor es la atención del personal, en especial de Juan.

Que no hay un punto para tomarse un Café a cualquier hora, un punto para comprar un agua durante la noche, no tiene neveras con minibar en la habitación tampoco

La ubicacion del hotel es increible. Las vistas que tiene y la paz son inmejorables. El servicio fue muy bueno, estuvieron super pendientes de nosotros durante toda la estancia. Juan Manuel y el otro chico fueron muy serviciales. Cuenta con parque, sala de juegos y granje, además de un pequeño Spa. No se puede pedir más.
todos fueron muy amables y atentos, el desayuno estaba delicioso, muy completo, la habitacion muy amplia y limpia, la vista que ofrece el lugar es muy hermosa, se siente mucha tranquilidad y el cafe es muy bonito para pasar la noche.

The property is beautiful. It has an original classic Spanish design. The rooms are spacious, with tall windows and stunning views of the mountains. There is a pond next to the property, which makes it even more appealing and a restaurant. I had one of the best meals in Colombia at that restaurant. It was a bit pricey by Colombian standards, but good.
The receptionists were very nice and helpful, ready to go out of their way for the guests.
It was nothing not to like.
