This was a great place to stay in Entebbe. Good location and food was also good. It's located on the main street throught town, so convenient to travel around. The best part is the wonderful craft market right across the street. My room was clean and staff was great!

Friendly staff. The rooftop restaurant and bar was nice. The food was good and decently priced. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff are the most welcoming, adorable and efficient people. I hope the owner of the hotel realizes the inmense value the staff has. The give you a 5 star service, in a hotel that is rather old and not very nice.
The gym was so dirty and smelly!! You could not even come inside. I had 1 single towel in the bathroom. And an empty mini bar.

There was a day without water supply. I understand this is very rare.
The location was great - it was only a short drive from the airport. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and generally very prompt. The room service was fast and the food was fairly good. The butter chicken could've used a bit more spice, but was still well received after a long day.
The room and hotel were nicely decorated and the bed was appropriately sized and decently comfortable.
I stayed here twice, once before and once after a multi-day safari. After flying for well over 24 hours with 3 layovers and unexpected delays, I finally landed around midnight (originally scheduled for 10:20pm). I had previously requested the airport shuttle and provided my flight number for monitoring, but the shuttle never arrived. I called the hotel and was told the driver had been sent home and that no shuttle was available. I ended up hailing a cab.
After the ordeal, all I wanted was a hot shower and to go to sleep. The water never got above lukewarm and the overhead showerhead was messed up. The handheld worked well enough though.
The second stay still had lukewarm water and messed up showerhead. However, the airport shuttle showed up and got me to the airport on time very early in the morning.
Due to the early flight, the breakfast only really has pastries available. The parties were ok - nothing special, but edible. A staff member made me a coffee and put it in a to-go cup, which was perfect for the early morning shuttle.
