Pros:

Nice rooms, good breakfast, always someone in the reception for good infrmation. Nice coffee. Quiet location, very close several restaurants.

Cons:

The only pity was that the jacuzi wasnt working. But that wasn''t a big problem for us. We had a very nice stay here.

La tranquilidad es importante, el sitio es adecuado para visitar boquete

Llevo 2 estadías, que me reclaman por unas manchas color negro en las toallas. Les sugiero revisar los Ganchos que están en las puertas y baños que son para colocar las toallas. Viendo la ubicación de las manchas se asemeja al tema ganchos para toallas. No fue muy amable la joven a la hora de abordar el tema.
Otro Asunto, si yo pago 2 noches para hospedarme, deberían volver a poner aguas embotelladas nuevamente en la habilitación, fui a consultar si brindaban nuevamente y me dijeron que no. Punto a mejorar!

Assolutamente da migliorare visto che si trova in una buona posizione.
Pros:

Posizione vicino a ristoranti e centro del paese. Asciugamani puliti e cambiati giornalmente.

Cons:

Letto e cuscini scomodissimi. Letto scricchiolante. Stanza piccolissima. Finestra che non si poteva sigillare e quindi faceva freddo. Mi hanno dato la stanza accanto alla cucina e ai servizi per cui gia alle 7 di mattina c’era rumore e odori della cucina.

Great Staff. Bad place.
Pros:

The staff was great but the facility needs a deep rehab. Everything is very old dated.

Cons:

Room #2 needs to be rehabilitated as soon as yesterday. Furniture is less than the minimum for travelers. Bed, floor, bathroom, and everything else needs to be replaced. I wonder how this facility can have 8.0 rate in booking.com.

La tranquilidad de las instalaciones y muy bonito su jardín, el desayuno era variado y suficiente para una persona.

Cons:

Fui en una temporada donde no había tanto frio, y en la habitación solo había un abanico pequeño en la tarde, no fue cómodo la temperatura dentro de la habitación para 3 adultos y 1 bebé.
