Not worth the price paid.
Pros:

Directly in front of the beach. Rooms were sound proof. Enough socket for charging.

Cons:

There is no hair dryer provided. Rooms full of mosquito and insects. No daily house keeping. No chair in the triple room. Not space for drying wet clothes. Shower pipe leaking. Low water pressure.

Excelente elección!
Pros:

Excelente ubicación frente a la playa con muy buen snorkel. Habitación amplia con 2 camas matrimoniales, baño privado con agua caliente, aire acondicionado, balcón con vista al mar. Ropas de cama y toallas super limpias y nuevas. Cortinas Black out. Habitación silenciosa.
Atención excelente por parte de todo el staff, super amables y gentiles. Al lado del restaurante con comida exquisita. Nos encantó! Lo súper recomiendo!

Das einzig schöne war wirklich der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Restaurant welches scheinbar zum Hotel gehört, war absolut nicht zufriedenstellend.
Preisleistung war nicht gegeben.
Beim Versuch einzuchecken standen wir erstmal an einer leeren Rezeption. Nach Anfrage beim Restaurant konnte uns erst weitergeholfen werden. Statt 14 Uhr konnten wir erst um 15 Uhr in unser Zimmer rein. Leider hatten wir auch einmal kein Wasser mehr, leider wurden wir auf nichts hingewiesen. Wer Angst vor Gekos hat, sollte hier auch nicht unbedingt hin.

its been amazing staying here clean and nice location
Pros:

the best part is the location front beach view.
in frontbeach you can do snorkelling if you have your own equipments. the satff friwndly and very helpful.

Cons:

the shower water a bit slow but its ok still can manage

Lorsque nous sommes entrés dans la chambre, nous avons constaté qu'i y avait des traces de moisissures sur les draps, oreillers et jointures de portes, des traces des précédants voyageurs (cheveux, traces de gras et de transpiration sur les draps). Le tapis de douche était sale et déjà utilisé. Le lavabo était minuscule. Enfin nous avions vue sur une déchetterie et l'odeur était insoutenable, probablement à cause du système de ventilation complètement moisie.

Nous avons été obligés de changer d'hôtel car, même en passant outre l'insalubrité, l'odeur ne nous aurait jamais permis de séjourner à l'hôtel.

Bien-sûr, ils ont refusé de nous rembourser.

En termes d'emplacement, il s'agit de la seule plage sale et pas agréable des îles Perhentian.

Déçu rien à voir avec la description de booking.

Uniquement la vue

Cons:

L’accueil étais désastreux, la clim ne fonctionnait pas. On étais infesté de fourmis et de bêtes inconnu. On a du payé 60€ en plus pour avoir une vue sur la mer.
