Pros:

Удобное расположение. Вежливый персонал.

Cons:

Шумно в отеле, на верхнем этаже делали ремонт, было очень шумно.
Номера устарелые, кровать жесткая, матрас не удобный.

Если жить негде, то тут можно остановиться.

Хорошее спальное место.

Cons:

Не прислали invoice- документы о проживании для бухгалтерии, хотя обещали это сделать.
Номер старый, стены потертые и сильный запах табака в отеле.

Pros:

местоположение отеля превосходное, в отеле не курят и нет запаха от сигарет, вокруг отеля очень много мест для перекуса завтраков и ресторанов супермаркет , всё в пешом ходу.
В отеле было очень тихо в номере тоже окна с шумонепроницаемостью потому даже с улицы шум не проникал.

Cons:

кабинка для купания очень маленькая согнутся внутри не возможно было. туалет очень близко к стенке не удобна.

A very nice and quiet hotel in a great location
Pros:

I am Iranian and my friend who is in Armenia introduced this hotel to me
We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with our family.
The location of the hotel was great.
The hotel staff were very polite and helpful.
The main problem was that he didn't have breakfast. Of course, there is a good restaurant under the hotel where you could have breakfast.
The carpets on the floor were old, but they kept them clean.
The air conditioning and internet in the hotel were very good
The number of rooms in the hotel was few and it was very well insulated and it was very quiet.
I have been in Dubai, Istanbul and Thailand a lot, but this hotel is very quiet unlike them.
Unlike many hotels in Yerevan, the rooms of this hotel were large, and in our room there were two comfortable and clean queen-size beds and a travel bed (because we were three people).
There was an ironing table in the hallway where you could iron your clothes yourself if you wanted
I recommend it to everyone

Cons:

I wish they would put a microwave in the room.
I wish the hotel had breakfast
Of course, they put coffee, tea, and water in the room every day, and we could make tea and coffee with an electric kettle, but I think a kettle or anything that can be used to heat a simple meal is needed in the room.

Pros:

The only asset of this hotel is its location very central, close to the main streets and with all needed shops all around.

Cons:

Our stay at the Diamond Hotel in Yerevan was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
Several facilities advertised by the hotel were either unavailable or not properly operational, including the spa, swimming pool, and bar, which had no bartender. The overall level of comfort was also very basic. The bed sheets did not even fully cover the beds, the furniture was quite rudimentary, and the facilities appeared to be poorly maintained.
We had also specifically requested double beds, but unfortunately, this request was not accommodated.
Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our stay. The hotel did not live up to the facilities and level of comfort advertised, and we do not feel that the price paid was justified. In our opinion, the value for money was poor. We hope these issues will be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

It was good but need to make such great location more usefull
Pros:

Amazing location staff were friendly and overall was good , having 24/7 market right beside was great , room walls need to be clean not that they were dirty just luggage stains

Cons:

Hotel needs renovation immediately and bathroom are small for such big rooms ,

It was very bad
Pros:

The only advantage were the location and friendly reception men.

Cons:

I have a family room
It is just two floors of residential building with zero facilities.
The hotel is very old equipped without proper maintenance (the faceplates were coming out when we want to charge our mobiles)
The widow handle was not working, and we couldn't close the window
The reserved room to booking.com oriented to backside opposite and close to another building and under your windows, we can see only the trach containers.
The bathroom was very bad, only thin man (thin/ not pregnant women) can get into the shower
The biggest problem was the AC which has preset for all rooms at 26, and the guest can make any setting for the room temperature.
At the end, I stayed only the first night of my reservation and cancelled the second one.
