Hôtel confortable et un personnel très attentionné
Pros:

Les chambres sont vraiment confortables et propres. On y dort vraiment bien sans aucun bruit.
Le petit déjeuner est top et la piscine agréable.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Pros:

Ubicación y que es un hotel bastante majo para la zona

Cons:

La bañera.
No concibo como es posible que exista una bañera de altura imposible, diseñada para atletas y contorsionistas.
Que gran favor le harían a los huéspedes si quitarán ese engendro y pusieran una ducha, aunque fuera sin plato como acostumbran por la zona.

Un séjour très confortable avec un personnel adorable, efficace et toujours prêt à aider.
Pros:

Très bon séjour au Hadana Boutique Hotel. La chambre était très confortable et le personnel vraiment gentil, disponible et très professionnel. Ils parlent très bien anglais, ce qui facilite beaucoup les échanges. Ils ont organisé notre transfert depuis l’aéroport et nous ont également aidés à acheter nos billets pour Ba Na Hills, ce qui était vraiment pratique. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié qu’ils gardent nos valises pendant la journée après le check-out. Tout s’est très bien passé et le service était vraiment au top.

Cons:

Pas grand-chose à signaler. Peut-être simplement un peu plus de choix au petit-déjeuner aurait été appréciable, mais cela reste un détail.

Exhagerated claims - please check carefully and then book

The best part is the location and the breakfast was fine

Cons:

We booked the property for 5 nights looking at the 9.2 rating on booking.com and that it specifically mentioned as very clean. Unfortunately our experience was totally different. To sum up 1) the drinking water served they claim it is mineral water in reusable glass bottle, but from the taste itself one can know it is not mineral water. 2) the cleaning was not up to date, after two days I got so frustrated that I had to specifically mention at reception that please maintain proper cleaning in room. I think it is too hyped online, only good part was the location and the pricing. They do not serve dinner also. It should properly informed while doing the booking.

Cons:

De locatie was ver van de hoofdstraat en we moesten met onze grote koffers een stuk lopen.
De kamers waren erg, erg klein, waardoor er nauwelijks ruimte was om iets extra’s neer te zetten. Ook de badkamer was erg klein en niet geschikt voor een gezin.
Deze accommodatie is naar mijn mening alleen geschikt voor één persoon.

Nice hotel if you compare the price and the quality.
Pros:

This hotel had a nice breakfast and we had a really big room for a family with 4 children.
It had easy access to several restaurants, shops and bars.

Cons:

The pool was bit too small. Especially the terras outside to sit at the swimming pool. We were a big family so we couldn't all sit there. Also the location is on a quite busy street/high way so it wasn't the most cosy location.
