Localização, café manha dentro do padrão reservado, atendimento ótimo da recepção.

Cons:

O primeiro quarto oferecido ficava no térreo de frente para a avenida e ao lado de uma funerária, à noite notei barulho e pedi se seria possível trocar o quarto, prontamente fui atendido sem custo adicional e me transferiram para um quarto mais de fundo e de frente para outro rua, o prédio é de esquina, esse sim sem barulho. Eu poderia ter perguntado de imediato ao receber a chave do quarto se havia um mais silencioso, haja vista que tenho dificuldade de dormir em local com barulho.

Cons:

A limpeza deixou a desejar, as roupas parecia que nao eram lavadas a .muito tempo, nao conseguimos dormir, colchão afundava. Ser simples tudo bem, porem limpo e cheiroso é o mínimo que precisa. Banheiro estão..água sanitária ali nunca viu. Chuveiro nem saia água direito. Me desculpe fazer essa avaliação, mas nao indico pra ninguém.
