Pros:

The hotel is well situated in the cathedral Quarter easy walking distance to all the sights plus the town centre. Very clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is continental with a large variety of meats cheese and cereals and you can have as much as you like .

Cons:

I didn't dislike anything about my stay there.

Very nice stay in a great location to visit historic Lincoln.
Pros:

Location was excellent, rooms are spacious, nice little bar in the property and plenty of parking.

Cons:

Breakfast was little lacking, room was very warm (heat wave) not easy to get it cool.

Fantastic one Night stay in the suite
Pros:

Great location
Beautiful suite
Comfortable bed
Great bathroom
Gorgeous continental breakfast

Cons:

Need firmer pillows. Very soft had to double them over ( but that's personal choice)

Pros:

Lovely sized room. Comfy bed and great bathroom. Outside bar area was a big bonus with the weather being so hot.

Cons:

The room was unbearably hot with only a small fan provided in the room. Unsightly stains on the carpet.

Lovely building. Spacious clean bedrooms and ideally situated near the cathedral and castle .
Pros:

Suite with two bedrooms were nicely decorated and very spacious . Lovely large bathroom.

Cons:

Breakfast slightly limited. I’m gluten intolerant but they were kind enough to find me some gluten free bread . The TV in the room was difficult to fathom. We just wanted to watch ‘normal’ TV but couldn’t find how to do this !

Pros:

Perfect location to explore the fabulous city.
Friendly welcoming staff, comfortable and spacious room.

Cons:

Tiniest criticism from a personal view - the hotel and bar are shut at 22.00 which is a shame as the outside patio areas are perfect for that last drink.
