Horrible stay
Pros:

The behaviour of Rohit, the helper boy and the good fresh breakfast.

Cons:

Only 3 member staff.... Individually helpful and good, but fully occupied with catering only to owner's personal guests, which is unjust to other guests.
The room was nothing like what was shown in photos... It was in dire need of maintenance/ repairs. It was dirty and smelling of damp fungus. The water from the bathroom tap was murky. The bathroom and the kitchenette needed proper cleaning. The room was basically a metal porta cabin like structure which had the kitchen and the main guests dining area on the roof, causing continuous banging and sliding noise in the room down below, till late night. The bathroom toiletries were incomplete. No toilet roll. The TV was not working.

Very nice and peaceful Location and Humble Staff. They were so cooperative and my Family enjoyed every minute of their Stay. I would like to thank the Owner Mr piyush for arranging everything that we wanted. His humbleness and hospitality is appreciated by my entire family.

Perfect place to visit with your family a great place to hang out and chill. Staff if also really good, hospitality and the behaviour of the staff was amazing. Food was also delicious and service was also great. Would definitely recommend to stay in Pearl Residency Mukteshwar
