Beautiful hotel in excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location, rooftop bar and pool provided a relaxing space. Room was spacious and bed large and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Lack of hanging in the room eg for coats
and dressing gowns. Basic gym equipment. Lack of information eg the Giro D’Italia passed by the hotel but we were unaware of this until we saw it

Très bien, mais attention au moment de paiement !

L'emplacement idéal et la qualité de l'hébergement !

Cons:

A l'arrivée, l'hôtel bloque sur la carte de crédit un montant équivalent à l'hébergement et aux consommations éventuelles.
Dans mon cas environ 2000 euros pour deux jours. Au moment du départ, au lieu d'utiliser ce montant, la préposée à demandé un paiement immédiat qui a été débité instantanément de mon compte. Je me suis donc retrouvé avec un retrait de mon compte de près de 4000 euros. La préposée a reconnu avoir fait une erreur, mais j'ai dû attendre 5 jours pour qu'une solution soit trouvée à cette situation avec des explications embrouillées et contradictoires des responsables de L'hôtel. Donc au moment de payer faites attention à votre addition et à ce que l'on vous demande de payer.

Pros:

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Boutique Hotel Stresa. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The breakfast was spectacular, both for its delicious selection and the stunning view over Lago Maggiore. Dinner was equally superb, and we truly appreciated the team arranging a table for us on a short notice. A memorable experience all around.

Séjour fabuleux dans un endroit magique
Pros:

Séjour très agréable- l’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait pour découvrir la région et notamment aller visiter les îles Borromées. L’hôtel est luxueux sans être ostentatoire. La chambre était d’une très belle taille, avec un lit immense, une salle de bain magnifique tout en marbre. Très luxueuse. La salle du bar/restaurant avec ses baies vitrées et sa terrasse donnant sur le lac est très belle. Petit déjeuner très savoureux et personnel très serviable. Tout était parfait. Seul petit bémol: une vraie piscine avec une profondeur pour nager serait la bienvenue même si le bassin est agréable pour se rafraîchir.

Un vrai palace !
Pros:

Établissement exceptionnel, idéalement situé en bord de lac et à proximité de l’embarcadère pour les îles boromees, chambre très spacieuse (nous avons été surclassés dans une suite) et vue incroyable depuis le roof top. Petit déjeuner excellent
