Made a formal complaint, the place was disgusting. So much so, we arrived and left immediately.
An extremely strong and pervasive smell of damp and mildew throughout the room. This was immediately apparent upon entering and was sufficiently severe that the room could not reasonably be occupied overnight.
* Visible staining and discolouration to the walls and ceiling consistent with previous water ingress or water damage.
* Visible dirt, rubbish and debris, including discarded adhesive medical plasters/bandages, accumulated in the substantial gap between the bed and the wall behind the bedding.
* Damaged furniture, including a drawer with its front detached.
* A faulty or defective door locking mechanism, creating legitimate concerns regarding the security of the accommodation.
* An overall standard of cleanliness, maintenance and condition that was plainly unacceptable for a hotel room being offered for paid overnight occupancy.
Cheap and very close to the train station and town.
Bed was broken . Same for the bathroom floor . Needs alot of TLC
I booked and paid for this hotel based on the photos shown online, but when I arrived, the room looked nothing like the pictures. It was dirty, run-down, and honestly felt quite scary. I did not feel comfortable staying there, so I left and never checked in.
I tried to contact customer service to request a refund, but no one answered the phone, and I couldn't reach anyone for assistance.
This was a very disappointing experience. The hotel was misleading, and the lack of customer support made the situation even worse. I would not recommend staying here.
let us check in late
it absolutely stunk like nothing ive smelt before. marks all over the walls. radiator chipping off. floor in bathroom falling through. other people’s rubbish in drawers. smoke alarm beeping all night. looks decrepit on arrival.
Easy check in.
The rooms are in poor condition with no real facilities. The fire sensors had a bag covering them and the loft hatch was open and the drains smelt. I wouldnt return and would avoid.
We tried to get into the property at 4 something and did not receive a code to the door till near on 8pm. Stains and poor condition, Entrance not as as shown. Our employee was prepared to stay in his car than sleep in the room

Nothing . Was unclean, broken toilet and dirty bathroom, dirty bedding, no kettle , no tv airel , draw hanging off, no lamps next to bed as stated , flip flops left in bathroom off somebody, smoke alarm bleeping every 30seconds which member of staff said he couldn’t help
