Our room was large, modern and comfortable.
The ensuite was modern and roomy.

Plenty off street parking behind the hotel.
Good meals for dinner at the Hotel.

Cons:

Check in was confusing because Reception was closed mid afternoon. A hotel patron directed us to the Bar to check in. A sign would be useful .

Thick trees obscured the advertised ocean view.

were fantastic staff in the eating and bar areas were fantastic.
Pros:

The food and drink areas were excellent as were the staff. Room had a great view.

Cons:

The reception staff we not particularly helpful and rude. Staff were gardening cutting lawns plus blowing leaves etc at 07.00 am. They were very loud and noisy when trying to sleep. You had to get staff to replace towels plus milk etc it was not automatic. They were not friendly when requesting new towels etc. The toilet paper was very thin and of cheap quality.

Beautiful, quiet stay in the heart of the Rocks
Pros:

As a light sleeper, I was surprised how quiet my balcony room was considering it's above a busy little street right next to the pub. It looked newly renovated with beautiful modern touches, a lovely shower and sea views between the buildings. The balcony was spacious, too. Everything I needed to stay for a few nights mid-week and I'd happily stay again.

Cons:

Small issue with the sliding door on the bathroom refusing to stay shut but not a problem for me as I was by myself (I reported it after my stay). Also, if you're a light sleeper and like a sleep-in, be aware that room 11 sits right above a cafe so you might hear the gentle tapping of the baristas emptying coffee grinds from early in the morning - but it was a great motivator for me to get out of bed!

Pros:

Great location..accommodation was perfect for our needs. So clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The food we ordered was average. Standard pub snacks like pulled beef tacos were served almost cold. Standard pub fare so was okay
