Excellent visit from start to finish. Met and shown to our room by very attentive staff and spent the afternoon celebrating in the function room. Brill service and well catered for

The fact I had to pay an extra £15 on arrival for my dog when I had booked through booking.com and didn't realise that wasn't included in the price!

The size of the room was fabulous. The shower room was great. The location was ideal and the staff were nice.
the room wasn't clean, it had been surfaced cleaned but not routinely deep cleaned. And we didn't get a service clean over the two days we stayed which meant the bins weren't emptied and we had to ask for extra towels, loo rolls etc.
The breakfast was disappointing, what i ordered wasn't what was delivered and that wasn't ideal. The service was really slow and that meant i was late for the appointment i'd travelled for. We didn't dine in for that reason.
Great location. I have stayed at the Borough many times before. Comfortable rooms.
It may be trivial but a steak needs English mustard. This is the third time I have ordered a steak at the Borough and they have only had limp, tasteless Dijon mustard.
