Pros:

Location- we have stayed a number of times before and really liked it all. This time it was poor

Cons:

Room was dirty, curtains had to be kept shut as there was bird poo all over them. Shane as the sky was lovely and the view nice. Made the room gloomy. Bathroom not clean and loo roll holder and towel rail fell off regularly

1. Kaldığımız odadaki banyo şeffaf camlıydı ve içi tamamen görünüyordu. Sitedeki görseller böyle değildi.
2. Dört gün boyunca tv kumandası temin edilmedi
3. Banyoda priz de yüz havlusu yoktu.
4. Defalarca oda değişimi veya ücret iadesi talebimiz oldu. Cevaplanmadı
5. Son gün oda değiştirmek istediler yeni odada da tv çalışmadı

Herşeyden önce ekibi beğendim.Böyle bir ekip olamaz o kadar tatlılar ve kibarlar ki gerçekten harikalardı hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyorum.Özellikle resepsiyonist Sara başta olmak üzere restoranta çalışan Dran temizlik görevileri Elisa ve diğer tüm kızlar(isimlerini hatırlayamadım🥺) hepsi harikaydı 🩵 Sonsuzs teşekkürlerrr💗💗💗 ayrıca otelin temizliğini söylemeden geçemeyeceğim inanılmaz ferah ve tertemiz gönül rahatlığıyla gezin takılın

We had a very pleasant stay. We would especially like to thank Mr. Drey, Mr. Maksat, and Ms. Sahra for their warm smiles, kindness, and helpfulness throughout our stay. Genel olarak beğendiğimiz bi tesistir. Konumunun tam merkezde olması,odaların temiz olması,çatısında havuz olması güzel özellikleri.Çalışanları da genel olarak gayet güler yüzlüler.

Cons:

Kahvaltı büfesi biraz zayıf ve restoran maalesef dolu günlerde yetersiz kalıyor. Bunlara biraz daha önem verildiğinde daha iyi olacağını düşünüyorum.
