Pros:

Muy bueno el desayuno, solicitamos que las almohadas fueran bajas y asi fue.

Cons:

Que no tenga las habitaciones insonorizadas, no nos gustó que el televisor estuviera con un volumen fijo sin poder subirlo o bajarlo y las toallas un poco pequeñas.

Muy bonito lugar, nuevo. El manejo de la administración aún no es perfecto pero seguro con la experiencia de los cliente

Me gustó la privacidad, diseño de las habitaciones y ubicación

Cons:

No hay conserjería presencial, sino a distancia. Pero no responden inmediatamente. Por ejemplo para el checkin que parte a las 15 h me contestaron a las 19 h. Y para el checkout me contestaron cuando ya no estaba en el hotel un domingo por la mañana.

Muy lindo y limpio.
Cómodo y acogedor

Cons:

Se me quedaron unas crema (que estaban nuevas) y cuando pedi ir a buscarlas me dijeron que no se había quedado nada…. Osea se las quedaron ellos.
Cuando me quise bañar no salía agua caliente.

Podría haber sido destacada pero sin toallas limpias, mala cosa.
Pros:

La ubicación y tamaño de la habitación. Decoración vintage de buen gusto.
Automatización de ingresos mediante códigos.

Cons:

El hecho de que no tienen nunca una persona a cargo en el lugar no permite resolver problemas o necesidades. No cambian toallas!!!

Como siempre la disposicion a ayudar y el cafe bistro del lugar

Cons:

He alojado varias veces ahi y esta vez el aseo no fue de lo mejor. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación, que con la mejor disposicion pudimos hacer.
