Pros:

I really liked the location, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean

Cons:

The only downside was the soundproofing — I could hear some noise from outside the room. Other than that, I had a great stay!

Leider war unser Urlaub in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend
Pros:

Leider konnte mich das Hotel in keiner Hinsicht überzeugen.

Cons:

Very disappointing and nowhere near a 5-star experience.
Pros:

The location was ok, and one member of staff genuinely tried to help us with the issue in our room, which we appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel was nowhere near a 5-star standard. Our room had a strong and unpleasant smell. A staff member tried to help, but the issue was never fully resolved and the smell remained throughout our stay.

There was also poor communication at breakfast. We specifically asked whether the coffee was included in our free breakfast and were clearly told that it was free, but at checkout we were asked to pay for it. One of the stuff had really bad attitude. The owner eventually waived the charge, which we appreciated, but this should not have happened after we had specifically confirmed with staff beforehand.

Overall, the property, facilities, room condition and attention to detail were very underwhelming for a hotel advertised as 5-star, particularly considering the price. We expected a significantly higher standard.

Très bien
Pros:

Hele leuke medewerkers, goed ontbijt, hele goede locatie
Pros:

Ligplaats is super, loopafstand van het centrum.

Cons:

Kamer was heel krap, douche was krap.

Pros:

Çok güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Personel son derece güler yüzlü, samimi ve yardımseverdi. Her zaman yüzlerinde bir gülümsemeyle yardımcı olmaya hazırdılar ve kendimizi gerçekten hoş karşılanmış hissettik. Hizmet kalitesi ve otelin atmosferi çok güzeldi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz, tekrar gelmek isteriz!
