Good option
Pros:

Good room, spacious, quiet AC, clean, great bathroom and shower. Food location too.

Cons:

Very simple breakfast, though it was good. Staff did not seem very friendly.
Energy dropped in town in the morning and they did not have power generator…só room was quite hot.

Pros:

Lovely new property with attention to detail. Looks just as the photos show. Lovely having breakfast on the rooftop with great options. We enjoyed the top floor facing the water. Located between the bays easy walk to either beach and lots of restaurants/cafe. It is on the hill which then gives the view and breeze. Also love that they have a water fountain to refill your water bottle. Staff are all very friendly and helpful with anything you need. 👏🏻

Cons:

May a couple more sun umbrellas and fans on the rooftop.

Amazing stay in great location
Pros:

Great rooms and great service! I will be definitely staying here when I am back. The owner is very attentive and always happy to assist with anything we needed.

Honestly everything was 10/10 during our stay.

Decent stay with good location and views, but fell short of expectations due to room and parking iss
Pros:

Good location and nice breakfast. The restaurant on the 3rd floor overlooking the Indian Ocean was a highlight. Parking was eventually arranged from the 3rd day.

Cons:

Was promised a larger room for a 4-night stay but received a smaller one. The room had no table or stand for luggage. Parking was not available initially and I had to park on the road for the first two days.

Good location and fine for what we needed. But didn’t feel the best value for money, given the points above.
Pros:

Great location between Dickwella and Hiriketiya beaches. Bed was comfortable and the room looked like the photos.

Cons:

Be mindful that they add on the taxes. The bed sheets, while clean, had holes in them and the breakfast which was included was sub par. We opted to eat elsewhere.

We loved our Stay and can highly recommend the place
Pros:

The room design was incredible and the place is in a very good location.
The room was very clean, the breakfast was amazingly tasty. Especially the breakfast bowl is highly recommended to try!
We would definitely book this Hotel again.
