The property is beautiful. Something out of a movie . Countryside living at its finest the property is also huge. Very nice to walk around.

Cons:

This is different for everyone. The only thing that was a negative is how far away you are form the town itself and anything in walking distance. You are constrained to the property.

Atemberaubender unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in der Masseria
Pros:

Masseria wie aus dem Märchen. Weitläufig mit Olivenbäumen zwischen 300 und 1000 Jahren, üppigen Blumen, Frühstück und Mittagessen am Pool, Nähe zu Monopoli, Alberobello und Grotte di Castellana.

Cons:

Spa und Saunabereich renovierungsbedürftig (in einem extra Gebäude im Keller - in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäß) und könnte bei diesem Preis auch inkludiert sein.
Melograno auf der Barkarte als Apertivo und Cocktail führt zu Missverständnissen. Entweder anderen Namen oder erklären, dass ein Aperitivo in Apulien etwas zu essen und nicht zum Trinken ist.

Beautiful Experience
Pros:

Lovely hotel in the countryside surrounded by olive groves. The room was spacious and very well decorated. The breakfast was excellent and offered many options (porridge, pancakes, eggs, etc.). We had dinner in the restaurant our first night, the food and service were excellent. We also ate in the small bar one night when we wanted a light dinner, the food and service were very good.
We visited in April and enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools.
We had a car and found this an excellent base for our travels to Monopoli, Alberobello and other towns in the area.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like.

Very spacious room, very smart decor both in the bedroom and in the public rooms. Poole area was traditional but very very well maintained and excellent service with regard to Sun loungers, any drink you might like to have and the property overall was kept spotlessly clean. For example gardeners were out every day looking after the shrubs, beautiful orange trees and sweeping the payhs and walkways.

Cons:

The first room we were offered was very dark. I don’t know why Hotels always do this. We asked if we could have a much lighter room and they changed it straight away and put us on the first floor. I do not know if it would’ve been possible to do this in the high season, which is a potential issue.

There is a step down from the entrance hallway to the bedroom. This is a potential hasard especially if you are older.

We all enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the countryside, just outside of the town of Monopoli, which is he nicest town in the area. The buildinds are quite old but well kept. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The Breakfast is excellent with a large range of food available, both hot and cold. The outdoor pool is also well attended by the staff and well kept.

Cons:

The electric fittings in the room were limited and were old. using uk-eu convertors was difficult. They probably need upgrading.
