Cons:

Son mentirosos: en booking dice que acepta tarjeta de credito y llegue al hotel y NO ACEPTAN TARJETA DE CREDITO, únicamente en efectivo. ESO no es bueno, porque como Valero llevar efectivo en el bolsillo es un riesgo de que lo roben.

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. De service de locatie. We waren al vroeg in Neiva, we mochten direct inchecken zodat de vakantie kon beginnen. Heerlijke douche badkamer brandschoon net als de kamer. Heerlijk bed, alles gloednieuw.

En los 3 dias qué estuve nunca cambiaron las toallas, hacen mucho ruido en las noches, las luces de los pasillo quedan prendidas toda la noche y entra mucha luz a las habitaciones,

Aseo. Pedimos toallas limpias, nos contestaron que se cambiaban día de por medio si estaba sucias. En las camas encontramos heces de rata. Y se escuchaban ratas o palomas en la noche. Este es un edificio viejo
