Hotel is good
But there was a receptionist that tried no to honor booking rate as well as the prices for refreshments
She tried to charge more for everything if I am not mistaken she is from Venezuela when she tried no to honor the booking rate and i mentioned that the hotel across the street always honored Booking's rate she told to go there

Every time that i check in in this hotel they try to charge mecfor the commision that the pay to booking, in other words the try no to honor the rate specified by booking
Also the personnel at the front desk are not friendly to the extreme of being rude
LAS UNICAS DOS COSAS BUENAS EL DESAYUNO Y LA DUCHA DE AGUA
Realmente fue una mala experiencia, la habitación muy caliente y poca ventilación, se solicito ventilador pero nunca se recibió respuesta, el control del televisor no puncionaba y varias veces toco solicitar cambio. el wifi malo, todo el tiempo luego de lograr tener tv toco con datos. en una de las llegadas a la habitación evidenciamos que habían ingresado y sacado el control del tv y su respuesta fie" que tan raro".....una lavadora que sonaba como matraca y estaba encendida todo el tiempo. la cama eran dos sencillas unidas y una de ellas mas alta que la otra. el baño tenia dañado el lavamanos y botaba el agua. Ah las dos toallas que entregaron estaban mas viejas que los trapos de limpiar el piso y no las cambiaron. Super mal
