Better price for Berlin, used as transit as you avoid getting into town and out
Pros:

I read in the reviews about not working Check ins machines but we didn’t have any problems with that, everything was easy, parking is in the same building and lots of spaces

Cons:

We had a room where you could walk out of the window into the parking garage upper floor and it was hot so we had to open the windows.

Pros:

Im ersten Moment sah alles gut aus.sauber, gepflegt. Check In mega einfach, Check out auch. Größe vom zimmer auch super. Mit parkhaus (teuer)

Cons:

Trotz QR Code per Mail Zimmer nicht fertig. Musste noch warten.Wasserkocher funktioniert nicht, Toilettenbrille defekt, Dusche manchmal nur kalt.

Pros:

wir waren schon in vielen Hotels, aber dieses war mit Abstand das allerschoenste! groß wie ein Appartment, nicht nur ein Zimmer. Sauber und bequem. Check in eigenständig und einfach zu jeder zeit möglich. preiseistung top!

It was a nice and comfortable stay, pleasant experience.
Pros:

We liked the room, accomdated for 3 family members, a kitchen was there with the utensils, so we could cook few items. The bathroom was also spacious. A bus stop is just in front of the hotel, we just noticed on the day of check out, we could take the bus with our luggage.

Cons:

Everything was alright.
We reached the station at midnight, naturally there was no transport, so we had to walk through the back side road of the station for about 20 minutes, dragging the luggages. This was a horrible experience after 30 hours of plane journey. Anyway that is not the fault of the hotel or location. We became happy after entering the room.

Pros:

Die ganze Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben bis jetzt noch in keiner anderen Unterkunft einen Wasserkocher vorgefunden der trotz Gebrauch so gepflegt war, das trifft auch für die restliche Küchenausstattung zu.
Ein guter Start in den Urlaub. Auf dem Rückweg werden wir wahrscheinlich das Motel wieder nutzen
