There were two windows on the ceiling that don't close, resulting to us getting woken up by the light really early in the morning (7am). The bathroom had a glass door, meaning when you take a shower everyone in the room can see you.

I booked a room in an 8 bed dorm. It was way more than that, i counted 12 beds. No lockers, it simply did not feel safe. Worst was a text message I received after having done the checkin online...

It is worth reporting the whole conversation
"Hello, we apologize, but there was a pricing error in your reservation. An additional payment of €40 per person is required. Please let us know if you agree with the price adjustment. If not, kindly cancel your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

Me after trying to call the number who sent me the messages "Hello this is not acceptable. I am trying to call you politely to discuss the matter
Sorry, I can't speak."
"Sorry, we are sorry. Please ask Booking to cancel your reservation. We will refund your money."
Me: "This is a breach of contract. As said I am available to discuss the matter on the phone"
After this I called the number on booking and few minutes later I got this message
"Sorry, please ignore these messages. There was a technical problem.
Stay safe at the hotel. We wish you a pleasant stay"
Nobody really explained the situation, it did not feel safe after this situation but I survived.

By far one of the worst experiences in travelling in my entire life.

gli armadietti ci sono ma sono tutti rotti
codice pin portone non funzionava (mi sono dovuto far dire il numero da un'altra inquilina dello stabile)
frequentato da persone dubbie che bivaccano sui letti tutto il giorno

Wir haben schlussendlich nicht in der Unterkunft übernachtet da eines der reservierten und zugewiesenen Betten(Nr.10) nicht frei war und das andere Bett (Nr.24) nicht vorhanden war! Des weiteren haben wir 7 Betten in einem 8 Bett Zimmer bestellt. In einem Raum waren 10 Betten im anderen 12 und wir wurden in verschiedene Räume verteilt! Niemand war Vorort zu erreichen nur eine Telefon Nummer wurde uns von einem aus unserer Sicht Dauermieter überreicht! Nach mehr als 1,5Std. haben wir das Quartier verlassen da uns per Telefon und Whats App von Frau Monicka zugesagt wurde das wir unser Geld zurück erhalten. Was schlussendlich nicht der Fall war!!! 😡

La stanza è completamente NON insonorizzata, si può godere di tutti i rumori della strada, dalle voci delle persone al traffico e anche il passaggio del tram. Fortunatamente gli altri ospiti erano molto silenziosi e soni riuscito comunque a riposare. Dalle finestre si apprezzano numerosi spifferi, quindi sconsiglio di dormire qui in inverno. La piccola toilette comune situata al centro della camera era pulita ma fatiscente. Inoltre, durante il pomeriggio "qualcuno" è venuto per spostare 2 materassi non so dove, lasciando 2 letti praticamente vuoti ma fortunatamente nessuno è poi venuto per reclamarli. Infine, la comunione con la struttura è difficile poiché la chat è gestita da un bot, cosa che rende più difficile risolvere problemi o ottenere informazioni velocemente. Quando risponde un umano non lo fa in inglese ma in lingua locale.

It's an old building with no elevator. The bed is noisy and cracks a lot when you move on it. That's an issue if you sleep with your couple.
