enjoyed my one night stay, loved waking up to the bush scenery and will definetly be back.
Pros:

Location: my initial thoughts it seemed to be a little out of the way as i was attending a a two day study at Massey university however it was perfect. it was only 10 minutes, not far. i loved the tranquil setting, remote quiet and nature all around perfect.
i couldnt comment on breakfast as i did not order. may be next time.
i loved the small communal sitting areas indoors and out, where if you were in a group you could come together etc and mingle. . Beautiful facility .

Cons:

may be better designated carpark. wasnt to sure where to park to ensure i didnt block anybody in..

We had a wonderful stay at Alpaca Manor, it was peaceful, comfortable, clean and everyone was so friendly amd accommodat
Pros:

I love the peacefulness of the property. The cleanliness and friendliness of everyone.

Cons:

Would have preferred a mini fridge in the room for essential items and maybe a chair or two on the balcony to enjoy to view but otherwise it was a fantastic place to stay!

I am busy when I visit it is always relating to business and so this property is perfect for me
Pros:

I need the peace and quiet and this property is well located in that regard

Cons:

I had a stay in June where the Management literally ran out of water so was unable to wash, clean, shower ect. It was an oversight and very apologetic, even offered me a free night, great customer care here

Great location
Pros:

It is a lovely property in a quiet rural location. Rooms were a good size and beds really comfortable

Cons:

No crockery or teaspoons available in the kitchen when we wanted to use it the next morning. The room had cobwebs and dirt in the corners near the ceiling and overall impression of the room was a little 'dirty'. Biggest issue was that the people next door (who seemed to be living there more permanently) were really noisy late into the night (past midnight) and again early the next morning.
