Very clean and tidy, excellent value for money.
Pros:

The property was very clean and well cared for. Shared areas where very nice and the room itself was spacious and clean.
Parking was good and the location of the property was lovely - although no actual signs for the property so if you didn't have sat nav you were not finding it!

Cons:

Unfortunately, it was quite noisy after hours. The sound proofing is more to a residential standard than a commercial so you could hear adjoining room crashing and banging around until late. The lock on the door was also more of a residential bathroom grade and would have benefited from a bolt or additional lock on the inside.

Was fine for a over night, but room for improvement.
Pros:

The Location was fine as we had a function at Long Bay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy.

Cons:

There was very little car parking available, and was very difficult to turn our cars around. Did have to back most of the way out.
Interior and external of Windows etc had cobwebs and dead flies on window stills. Not just a few. Entrance Lobby also had cobwebs with flies around the edge of where the walls meet the roof.

Would stay there again. Hosts (cleaner and manager) were very accommodating.
Pros:

Lovely place to stay with large family and we were able to have visitors.

Cons:

The bbq was rusty and not usable. The top windows (hallway area, could see from the top floor) were full of cobwebs and insects but the rooms were clean.

Pros:

Very calm and quiet location, still super close to the main highway. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

Nothing comes to my mind, we only stayed for one night.

Quite an easy and warm place to stay
Pros:

The owner and staff at this accommodation were very friendly. The room with two large beds was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, and the surrounding environment was quiet and pleasant. Views around the house are fabulous. The value for money was unexpectedly high. We were transiting through Auckland for an international flight. Our boarding time wasn't until late at night, and since we were traveling with a young child, we wanted to extend our stay to avoid waiting too long at the airport. The owner was very understanding and readily agreed, which we greatly appreciated! We would definitely stay here again. A highly recommended place!
