Не смог заселиться. Приехал к 12:30, начал регистрацию, оказалось оплата с букинга по техническим причинам недоступна. Заплатил наличкой. С трудом говорящая по английски менеджер сказала что к 14 (как и положено), приходите номера будут готовы. К 14:10 пришел, на ресепшн никого, охранник позвал менеджера. Та прибежала и вспомнила, что номера все ещё не готовы. Не извинилась, ничего. Побежала убирать. Вернулась через 15 минут и сказала всё готово. При этом я по камерам видел, что нормальной уборки не было, только поменяли белье, даже не пылесосили. С трудом отказался от заселения. Сюда больше не вернусь. Отель более уставший, чем на фото.

Большой номер. Джакузи просто огромное. Локация, буквально за углом при выходе из метро. На последнем этаже терраса с видом на залив. На закате просто шикарные фото на фоне воды, города. Действительно чисто в номере. Останавливаемся каждый год как открылся и не жалеем.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks. The parking was exactly what we needed — a place where we could leave our car and not worry about it throughout our stay. The parking area is gated, which provides an extra sense of security. The rooms themselves are cozy and intimate. They are not very spacious, but in a good way, especially for those who value privacy and a cozy atmosphere. The owner was always willing to help us and sort out anything we needed. He is a very kind, warm, and welcoming gentleman. If we were to come back, we would definitely choose the same hotel again.

Cons:

The bed linen was never changed during our almost two-week stay, and the room was not swept either. There were also a few ants in the bathroom. However, these issues did not affect our holiday in any way. We did not even report them, as we usually only came back to the hotel in the evening and left again in the morning, so they were not really a problem for us.

¡Todo perfecto!
Pros:

Me tuve que cambiar de alojamiento en Estambul y caí de casualidad en este hotel. Fue una suerte. En la recepción son muy agradables, la habitación estaba limpia y era muy cómoda, relación calidad-precio inmejorable. La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 minutos andando de la torre de Galata y cerca de transporte público para moverte fácilmente a otras partes de la ciudad como Sultanahmet. Muy recomendable.
