Both Quirky and awesome; funky like James Brown not like blue cheese
Pros:

The scent; some reviews made my partner paranoid about pongs, which made me have to argue this places case. The smells were non-existent; the place is historical and very interesting/quirky.

Great location for short stop stay.
Pros:

Atmospheric room with exposed timbers. Hotel has a fantastic location, close to the historic centre whilst also being in a quite position with no traffic or other disturbances.

Cons:

Breakfast was absoluely fine with pleasant staff, but I felt that the dining room was understaffed and I wasn't keen on the coffee machine - Newspresso would definitely have been better.
