Amazing experience
Pros:

The hotel and also the staff were really amazing. It exceeded all of our expectations. The room is equipped with everything that you need, super comfortable and air conditioning. We recommended it and hope to see you again.

I felt I was in the lap of luxury during my stay.
Pros:

This is an exceptional hotel with superb rooms. The rooms are luxurious and smell divine. Elena was so helpful and made me feel completely welcome and comfortable. I would stay here a million times over and felt sad leaving.

If anyone is thinking of staying in Chania this should be their first and only choice.

Pros:

Clean, very cosy, AC was strong. Location was pretty good as well - easy to walk around the town ~

Cons:

Usually there is no one at the front desk and you’ll contact them via Whatsapp - sometimes it’s a bit difficult to grab hold of them when we required extra towels etc but not a particularly big issue as they would meet you for check in! So this only applies to additional requests you may have over the stay - better to contact them in advance about these

Lovely stay in Chania!
Pros:

Lovely room right in the heart of Chania, balcony was perfect to sit out on at night overlooking the street below, lovely clean room with everything we needed, breakfast served in the hotel opposite is quite basic but everything you need to start the day and a good coffee too!

Cons:

Our shower tray filled up quickly during our stay, still a beautiful place though!

La ubicación.

Cons:

NO RESERVÉIS LA HABITACIÓN DE LA PLANTA BAJA.

Las persianas no funcionan, la puerta es traslúcida y entra luz y ruido durante toda la noche. Además, no limpiaron la habitación tras la primera noche y la única solución fue ofrecernos otra por más de 100 € adicionales.

Nos dijeron que era la primera queja, aunque el mismo problema ya aparece en otras reseñas. Nada recomendable.

Fantastic stay! Perfect location and beautiful design.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! What we loved the most was definitely the beautiful interior of the hotel. It is incredibly stylish, modern, and tastefully designed, which made us feel very comfortable. The location is also absolutely perfect. It is close to everything, including great restaurants and attractions, making it a fantastic base for exploring. Highly recommended!
