Pros:

Otelde çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü, her yer tertemizdi, özellikle fiyat performans en iyi otellerden biri diyebilirim. Özellikle otelde hem çocuklar hem sadece yetişkinler için alanlar bulunması büyük avantajdı.

Cons:

Oda servisi veya bell boy olmaması bazıları için avantaj sayılabilir ama acil durumlarda veya bir şeye ihtiyaç duyulduğunda olmamaları olumsuz olabilir. Bir de odalar bir tık eskimeye başlamış yakın zamanda bir güncelleme gerekebilir.

A hotel worth staying in
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and always pleasant. Nice size room. Breakfast had a good choice of food.

Cons:

The lifts are very small. Bathroom could do with a renovation. Limited parking facilities

הרבה ללכת מהלובי צריך לעבור מסביב לבריכה, ‏מה שמקשה במיוחד עם באים עם ילדים קטנים,מעלית ישנה ‏שניתקע כמה פעמים,סאונה יבשה בתשלום והזמנה מראש,ריהוט יחסית מיושן.

You pay for what you get. It’s VERY busy and the star rating should’ve been 3
Pros:

The pool area was clean but extremely busy.

Cons:

1) The location is really bad, you don’t feel like you’re on a beautiful island.
2) it’s very dated, the rooms need refresh, the bathroom has an old bath and shower curtain. Very un-hygienic
3) There was plastic inside a sausage and a stone in the breakfast musili and the manager responded with - well what do you want me to do about it
4) RATS!

Excellent hotel, enjoyed by all the family!
Pros:

The food was brilliant, so much choice, excellently prepared and tasty. Staff were amazing, super friendly, accommodating and helpful. The kids loved the day and evening entertainments, especially the pirate ship and the kid's disco.

Cons:

The location could have been closer to the more pedestrian areas of Limassol, such as the marina / sea front, but that's not your fault!

Very nice hotel with room for improvement
Pros:

Free midday snacks (not only for all inclusive guests but for everyone), variety of facilities and swimming pools, kids activities, specially the swimming class.
I liked the pragmatic sustainability measures taken by the hotel.

Cons:

The staff are very helpful but I’d appreciate if they can always wear a smile. It affects the vibe of the hotel to great extents.
Some of the hotel buildings were a bit out of shape and elevators were small and slow.
One has to pay 30 euro for only one hour of late check out.
Paddle tennis courts were only bookable through hotel and free 11:00-17:00 which was super hot even in low season.
Pool bar cocktails could be of a higher quality, pro bartender is really missing.

Pros:

Staff were fantastic. Great swimming pool facilities Breakfast was ok. Nice room a little snug for sharing but comfortable.

Cons:

Wasnt crazy about the area. Had to go further afield for a decent beach. Not into english pub scene. Should have researched a little more. Got it mixed with another Atlantica hotel.
