Pros:

Location was great. Hotel was very quaint and comfortable. Nice roof top deck. Breakfast was fine but no selection. There was no choice in egg service ie scrambled only, hardboiled only etc. what was on the menu was what you got. nothing more.
Room was nice quiet beds comfortable.

Incredible boutique hotel experience with perfect location, elegant/artsy interior design and a gorgeous rooftop poo
Pros:

Very comfortable bed in a large, well appointed room with natural light AND privacy from a tiny interior courtyard. Stunning visual beauty in every detail and around every corner of the lobby and other shared spaces on ground floor! We loved that there were musical instruments (like the piano) that guests could use…and there was a teen boy who played beautifully! Free concert we didn’t expect!! The young man handling the night shift at the front desk was particularly accommodating to a special need that came up very late! What a relief that someone actually helped us and seemed genuinely happy to do so …not just “doing his job”. The rooftop pool area was gorgeous and the breakfast was fantastic! Nice that we didn’t have to make decisions first thing…they just put on the table anything anyone could ever want and let us eat as much as we wanted of whatever we liked! The hotel allows guests to store their luggage after checkout and hang out in their various lobby areas if you have a late afternoon train home. I wish we could have stayed a week!!

Cons:

There was no way to turn off the wave action in the little pool. We just wanted to relax and float (sensory deprivation is helpful to my daughter who is autistic)….but she couldn’t do it without a wave washing her head or feet into a wall.

Not what we were hoping for
Pros:

Location was excellent - it was a short walk to the cathedral and the other main sites. The roof terrace has a bar and is a relaxing setting for a late afternoon drink. The communal areas on the ground floor are finished to a high standard

Cons:

The pool is advertised as being heated, but when we checked, the water was cold. Reception told us that it had been so hot they'd turned off the heating but they turned it back on when we asked them. We had been in the area for ten days previously and it had been max 25 degrees.
The room was very tired - the floors were scratched and there were marks on the bottom of the bath. The bath was cheap and creaked when you stood in it even though I am a slim person. There was no shower screen so the floor of the bathroom got wet every time we showered.
Due to a booking.com error in displaying our family size, the hotel did not know we had a baby with us for our standard room. We had our own travel cot and did not need anything from the hotel except a towel, but we felt like we were an inconvenience as they felt the room wasn’t big enough for our baby to be there. They even had to check to see if we could still stay. Luckily everything was fine and our ten month old baby did indeed fit.
Overall we were looking for a touch of luxury and the photos suggested we had chosen a good place. Instead we were disappointed and felt ripped off.

L'hôtel est superbe, un havre de paix, de douceur, les patios sont splendides !
Il est idéalement placé dans le quartier santa cruz en plein du centre historique à 2 pas de la cathédrale avec une vue imprenable sur la Giralda !
les toits terrasses un vrai bonheur pour un bain de soleil, la petite piscine et le jacuzzi sont un atout de plus !
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le meilleur de tout les hôtels où nous avons séjourné ! des fruits frais et mûrs ! que des produits naturels bien présentés avec élégance et bien préparés avec la saveur juste !

Oasis of calm in the heart of Seville!
Pros:

Lovely little pocket of calm right near all the main attractions of Seville! Great roof terrace with small pool and jacuzzi.

Cons:

Shame the terrace bar wasn’t open through the day (it opens from 4pm)
