Beautiful location and room. Friendly and helpful staff.
The restaurant was average with regards to the size of portions and the quality of the food. We had better in other places.
The service was more than amazing people really nice and respectful. The place was very clean.
The heated pool was lovely and offered a great view. The food was good, and the property itself is beautiful—on clear days, the scenery is wonderful. Additionally, the service was great, and the hosts were very welcoming and nice.
The basic room was very small and cramped, and the shower was poorly maintained. Also, the room is completely inaccessible, requiring you to climb many stairs from the hotel entrance.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable. Food-wise, it felt overpriced for what it was; you have to order breakfast a day in advance and commit to a specific hour. There are also no good restaurants or nice areas to walk around in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Lastly, we rented a scooter through the hotel, and it was very expensive compared to typical prices in Bali.

The staff is very welcoming and accommodating - They are really there to serve their guests. The rooms are spacious and lovely - the bathroom is huge! Breakfast is served to order, the large infinity pool is heated which was a PLUS, great views and a quiet chill vibe. We were able to book a great day tour with Delli. I would recommend staying here for a relaxing time in Munduk.
We thought the menu needed to have more options for lunch and dinner....It was very limited so we ended up eating at another resort close by. The individual pools for the rooms were not heated so we didn't use it.

Un rideau occultant entre la chambre et la salle d'eau serait nécessaire afin de pas être réveillé par le jour.
Mon épouse a fait une séance de massage, mais l'endroit était très frais ce qui gâche ce moment de plaisir

Hôtel isolé, nécessité d’être véhiculé. La lumière provenant de la salle de bain qui nous inonde très tôt ☺️. La fraîcheur pendant le massage en soirée, un peu dommage.

The view from the hotel was amazing. A small, new hotel and the service from the entire team led by Delli was outstanding. They organized our day tours which we really enjoyed. Another highlight was relaxing in the heated infinity pool and taking in the views.
The entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. They should separate the wet and dry area.
The host is very responsive and the property was extremely good to stay

Excellent food and the staff were trying their best to make the stay as enjoyable as possible, can't fault the experience. The main pool was heated and could see breathtaking views from there. Would highly recommend this place.
Small pool on balcony didn't heat but we used the main pool as an alternative.
We had been in Ubud for a few weeks and thought it would be a nice change if we stayed in thw mountains for a few days.
Our stay at Munduk Tentrem Resort did not disappoint. Everything we had hoped for was given to us, from the quiet hillside area to the peaceful community and the great staff and food.

We had been aware of the resort nestled on the community and with that the occasional load car stereo was evident. Unfortunately there is nothing that could be done about that.

La piscine chauffée est un véritable atout, avec une vue magnifique sur la végétation luxuriante. Le restaurant est également excellent.
Nous avons eu la chance de profiter d’un massage en duo, une expérience vraiment exceptionnelle.

A really beautiful setting with stunning views. The staff, led by Pak Delli, are extremely helpful and will do their best to accommodate everything that you need. For example, we received a free room upgrade because certain things were not quite working in the room we checked into - much appreciated.
Another great aspect is that they offer what they call a free "walking safari" with certain room packages, where you get Pak Delli's friendly and expert guidance service as he takes you around Munduk's natural wonders (he's a local and knows everybody.)
Overall, the room comfort was good. However, if you're thinking of coming here, I would book the largest rooms that you can afford, because that will give you a little bit more space, especially in the bathrooms. Water pressure and hot water availability is satisfactory throughout the day.
I have noticed that many reviews say the access road to the resort is steep and dangerous. It is neither of those things. It is certainly unpaved as of March 2026, but it is not steep nor impossible to walk on. Just be aware, of course, that like many other resorts in Munduk, the location is fairly remote from other amenities, but that is quite standard. It's the whole beauty of choosing Munduk over the crowded south of Bali, after all.
