Pros:

Das Hotel war einer der schönsten, die ich je besucht haben. Man wähnte sich in einem Schloss. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sind liebevoll ausgestattet, das Bett super bequem das Frühstück phänomenal.

Wonderful
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Great location and great breakfast. Wonderful staff. We loved the pool area which initially we did not think we would use at all. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The room was a bit small for two people, it is worth upgrading for a bigger one.

Un hôtel charmant mais trop bruyant pour nous
Pros:

Un hôtel très bien situé à taille humaine avec beaucoup de charme
Un personnel très accueillant , agréable et sympathique
Chambre de luxe propre et belle literie
Petit déjeuner très bon donc beaucoup d atouts

Cons:

Bruit de l’office insupportable : bruit très désagréable de ventilation et du personnel de 8 à 18 h depuis la chambre.
Impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre sans avoir ce volume sonore inacceptable pour ce type d hôtel .
Cela nous a gâché notre séjour.
Quel dommage ! Il faut revoir ce point

Wish we had more nights here!
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic!
We used the pool, sauna, hot tub & gym. We recommend the hot tubs be cleaned daily and the pool area cleaned up after guests who leave towels all over - beside those couple of things everything was great!

The staff is wonderful and Carlos gave us helpful recommendations for the rest of our adventures on the islands, which we greatly appreciated. Also the woman (I forgot her name, sorry) who works the reception is extra helpful and kind. We are glad she recommended a larger room also !!!

De hele uitstraling en faciliteiten, en het ontzettende aardige personeel.

Cons:

Ontbijtbuffet was enigszins beperkt. Airco werkte niet heel goed. Koelkast op kamer was kapot. Parkeren van de huurauto was ook vaak een uitdaging.

Überaus freundliches u. immer hilfsbereites Personal, optisch alles sehr ansprechend mit Liebe zum Detail, tolle Ausstattung des Hotels mit Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna u. kl. Fitnessraum, Aufenthaltsraum, Frühstück hervorragend, Zimmerausstattung sehr gepflegt, sauber, zentrale Lage im Ort mit Möglichkeit zur Anmietung eines der beiden Parkplätze
