Pros:

The staff is super nice and helpful with anything that comes up. The location is not bad as well. The room is very clean and organized

Cons:

Parking had some issues. Sometimes the parking spot was taken and we had to wait/park in front of the hotel until the car moved. The staff were super helpful regarding it though

Das Hotel war einer der schönsten, die ich je besucht haben. Man wähnte sich in einem Schloss. Die Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sind liebevoll ausgestattet, das Bett super bequem das Frühstück phänomenal.

Wonderful
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Great location and great breakfast. Wonderful staff. We loved the pool area which initially we did not think we would use at all. Highly recommend.

Cons:

The room was a bit small for two people, it is worth upgrading for a bigger one.

Wish we had more nights here!
Pros:

The breakfast was fantastic!
We used the pool, sauna, hot tub & gym. We recommend the hot tubs be cleaned daily and the pool area cleaned up after guests who leave towels all over - beside those couple of things everything was great!

The staff is wonderful and Carlos gave us helpful recommendations for the rest of our adventures on the islands, which we greatly appreciated. Also the woman (I forgot her name, sorry) who works the reception is extra helpful and kind. We are glad she recommended a larger room also !!!
