We had a magical stay with you and would not hesitate to return!
Pros:

Our breakfasts were very nice. We could partake of the food out, and/or order from a menu for a customized meal.

Cons:

Coffee was never hot, always tepid. Perhaps a little bit of a leafy green vegetable would be nice to have offered.

A melhor localização
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis.
A localização é incrível .
A decoração do hotel é magnífica.

Cons:

- O pequeno almoço devia ser muito melhor.
Não existe muita variedade . Durante a minha estadia os bolos foram quase sempre os mesmos, não havia fruta laminada (nem grandes condições para descascarmos a que estava disponível), e quase nem existia produtos da região.
- não foi um problema, mas ter de entregar as chaves do quarto na receção sempre que nos ausentávamos, não foi prático

מלון בוטיק יפהפה. צוות נפלא שעושה ככל יכולתו לעזור ולפתור בעיות, כולם נעימים ושירותיים. אנשים נפלאים. ארוחת בוקר בסדר.
מלון נעים ואינטימי, מרכזי, מרחק הליכה מסעדות ובתי קפה.

Cons:

חניה רק עם הזמנה מראש ויש הגבלה.
אין מידוף באמבטיה לטואלטיקה, חסרים קולבים לתליית בגדים. חסרים שקעי חשמל. הצללה בוילונות לא צמודים ולכן אין החשכה מוחלטת, מתעוררים מוקדם למי שזה מפריע.... למרות הכל ממליצה בחום.

Superbe hôtel. Le patio avec la piscine est magnifique. Idéal pour un moment au calme. Le personnel est adorable et très professionnel. Restos et shopping à proximité immédiate.

What a wonderful end to our two week Azores adventure.
Pros:

What a wonderful way to end a two-week trip to the Azores. My friend and I loved the welcome, our room upgrade, and a delicious breakfast with real coffee. On our last afternoon, we were lucky enough to have the spa area to ourselves and relax next to the pool in the sun. Our evening meal at Tascas Das Tias was delicious too.

Cons:

A later flight on the day we left would have been awesome - we didn't want to leave! I can't think of anything we didn't like.
