Pros:

Great place to stay. The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and very polite and can help you with any questions. The breakfast is very good. I recommend the place.

Fantastisch hotel in het centrum
Pros:

Gastvrijheid van het personeel was top. Staan op een niet opdringerige manier continu voor je klaar. Faciliteiten van het hotel zijn goed en maken het verblijf helemaal compleet.

Quirky boutique hotel in the middle of a UNESCO town. Very helpful staff who advised on local restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Spa facilities on site. Close to main attractions in the town.

Cons:

A bit tricky to find in the narrow streets. Parking not easy, though we did find a public car park for overnight parking of our van. It is a small old town with narrow streets, so the public car park was acceptable. WE could park outside though for long enough to unload our luggage.

Herausragendes Personal. Überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Infolge unserer Abreise am sehr frühen Morgen wurde uns ein Lunchpaket mitgegeben und Kaffee an der Bar serviert; das Hotelpersonal war phänomenal.

Schicke Unterkunft mit erwartetem Flair und tollem Bad.
Umliegende, öffentliche Parkplatze waren reichlich vorhanden, allerdings tagsüber kostenpflichtig.

Das Frühstück war, nachdem man das Konzept verstanden hatte, sehr gut. Abseits des Buffets kann man nicht nur Speisen und Getränke von der beiliegenden Karte bestellen, sondern auch individuelle Wünsche äußern, auf die bestmöglich eingegangen wird. Ein kleiner Hinweis diesbezüglich wäre hilfreich gewesen; wir haben es nur anhand anderer Gäste herausgefunden.

Cons:

Der Spa-Bereich ist kleiner und unkomfortabler als erwartet; als ausschlaggebendes Buchungskriterium würden wir ihn nicht empfehlen.
Die Auswahl an Aufschnitt beim Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.
Der Rosenduft im gesamten Hotel war für uns ein wenig zu auffällig.

Best Accommodation in Terceira!

This place was incredible. All of the front desk staff were extremely helpful and would go out of their way to be accommodating.

Such a shame someone is not there to get the details right. A well appointed hotel in a good position

We were in a junior suite. Nowhere in the bathroom for toiletries; toothbrush and toothpaste etc etc.
Despite lots of room no dressing table for skin routine and adjacent plug socket to do your hair.
I felt that the lay out of the space had not been designed with guests ease of use in mind; Not enough hanging space, one wardrobe couldn’t be used as one door blocked by bedside table.
Lots of tacky silk peonies everywhere!
Breakfast served from 7.30 until 11 but not replenished regularly. I had to ask for yoghurt to be refilled. Hot breakfast looked very sorry for itself being kept warm indefinitely.
I loved the position and general style of the hotel but the little details had been missed; such a shame as it could be outstanding!
However the staff, in the main, were very helpful.

Superbe séjour !
Pros:

Tout ! Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Les petits déjeuners sont royaux, les équipements au top, la décoration raffinée. Il n’y a pas de meilleur séjour sur l’île de Terceira.
