Pros:

Excellent établissement!!
La localisation est parfaite et l’hôtel est très bien tenu. Les chambres sont propres avec une literie moderne très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bon.
Mais par-dessus tout nous avons adoré la gentillesse du personnel. Joanna la front desk manager nous a beaucoup aidé avec ses conseils sur les visites ou restaurant, mais aussi tous les autres se sont montrés souriants, disponibles, extrêmement gentils!!
Je recommande sans hésiter.

Hotel fantástico
Pros:

El hotel es espectacular, el personal amabilisimo, sobre todo Joana que es fantástica. Sin duda la mejor decisión ha sido ir a ese hotel

Cons:

Lo único que añadiría es algún espacio en el baño para poder dejar el neceser

Pros:

Located in the historical part of Angra do Heroismo, this renovated hotel building aspires a sense of nostalgia and classical comfort. The personnel is very friendly and polite and supported us in organising our stay and activities, including booking of restaurants.

Exceptional boutique hotel. Highly recommended.
Pros:

It only has 18 rooms so staff are very attentive. Exceptional quality of everything from the bedding to the breakfast and the facilities like the pool and fitness room. Excellent location on pedestrian road close to everything.

Cons:

Everything was great. Just one suggestions - be sure to book parking in advance as there are only 2 reserved spots.

Pros:

Podobał mi się cały hotel i jego polożenie. Pokój za mały, mimo że rezerwowałam duży. Śniadania dobre. Mało warzyw jak wszędzie na Azorach. Nieduży wybór wędlin, brak białego sera i ryby.
Reszta bez zarzutów.

Pros:

O hotel parece ter saído de um filme - é tudo impecável, me senti totalmente em Paris!!! As instalações são lindas e o quarto é muito confortável. O café da manhã também é maravilhoso! Amei!!

We had a magical stay with you and would not hesitate to return!
Pros:

Our breakfasts were very nice. We could partake of the food out, and/or order from a menu for a customized meal.

Cons:

Coffee was never hot, always tepid. Perhaps a little bit of a leafy green vegetable would be nice to have offered.
