el desayuno estuvo siempre muy completo y atendían todos nuestros pedidos con amabilidad y muy pronta acción. ademas al hospedarnos en el nivel 9 teníamos acceso al club al cual también le sacamos provecho para la cena e incluso terminar el día con una buena copa de vino. Ademas celebramos mi cumpleaños ahí y nos recibieron con un detalle divino en la habitación y también a la hora del desayuno!
al inicio nos confundieron y pensaron que no éramos huéspedes y nos siguieron un muchacho se seguridad hasta el elevador y nos vio de mala manera. esto a mi mama no le gusto, pero entendemos que es por cuestiones de seguridad. igual una vez que hacen check in deberían irse familiarizando con las caras de los huéspedes, ya llevábamos todo el día ahí y solo bajamos un momento a la primera planta.
Excelente la atención del personal de recepción, restaurant y el transporte al aeropuerto fue en mi caso siempre oportuno y de trato amable. Es muy cómodo trabajar en forma individual y en grupos pequeños en zona de cafetería.
Se debe disponer de adaptadores para los dispositivos electrónicos en la habitación o entregarlos en recepción al llegar al hotel, es lo más práctico.
