The staff was excellent they went above and beyond. I was not feeling well when I arrived at All. I was really sick and of course had to arrive in the morning when check-in wasn’t until three but within an hour, I had a clean room, a hot shower and a bed where I slept for the next eight hours.!!!

Enough updated stylish hotel, in a central point, with car parking, friendly and polite staff, spacious bed and soft pillows,daily room cleaning after asking for it, plenty enough and various breakfast.
Better and more isolated shower cabin. For enviromental and economic reasons it would be better for the hotel to adjust the room card case, so as to be functional becouse it wasn't connecting with lights and air condition operation!
Unfortunately, our stay at Athenaeum Grand Hotel was extremely disappointing.
The biggest problem was the incredibly loud music coming from outside, making it almost impossible to sleep or get a proper night’s rest. The aluminium windows provide very poor sound insulation, so all the noise from outside can be heard clearly inside the room.
Another major issue is the underground parking. If you are travelling with a larger vehicle or SUV, accessing and parking in the underground garage is extremely difficult, if not impossible.
A hotel should provide comfort, peace, and a good night’s sleep, but unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values peace, quiet, and a comfortable stay, especially those travelling with larger vehicles. Very disappointing!
Nous avons eu le penthouse pour notre famille de 4 et c etait immense.
Apres, l hotel en general est assez depasse, le petit dejeuner moyen, le parking vraiment serré et plein de matériaux de construction.
De meme pour les ascenseurs tres vetustes.
Au niveau du personnel personne ne nous a aidé avec les valises..
il est loin du centre en fait, nous avons pris des uber pour tous les déplacements
