Pros:

The staff were very polite and very attentive. The morning buffet breakfast was pleasant with some nice food.

Cons:

We had paid for a junior suite expecting something commensurate to that. The room is very tired, shower door missing resulting with the hybrid timber floors and furniture suffering from water rot. The sheets were harsh and pretty uncomfortable certainly not up to standard. I can't recommend this to anyone expecting a 4 star experience.
