Leuk verblijf
Pros:

De kamer en de prijs. Kamer was mooi, schoon, ruim, prima matras en heerlijke douche. Erg vriendelijke ontvangst

Cons:

Een engels sprekende bediende aan tafel, de heerlijke jazz muziek maakte, ook in het restaurant, een keuze switch in het voordeel van jongeren, de rundrrstoofpot was behoorlijk, dr sla en gebakken aardappels waren erg minimaal. De jonge man die afrekende was gewoon weg onbehouden. Het nespresso apparaat op dr kamer gaf geen koffie met de Lot cupjes die er naast lagen. Met bellen met receltke kregen we te maken met digitale Elize, dit was naar onze ontevredenheid

De kamer en het bed.

Cons:

Een trap in de ingang. Niet handig voor mijn man die lichamelijk beperkt is en een rolstoel heeft om zich te verplaatsen.

Redelijke kaner voor een te hoge prijs

De locatie. Er was een fijne douche en aparte toilet op de kamer.

Cons:

Er was net deze dagen een kermis voor de deur, wat de mooie locatie teniet deed en zorgde voor geluidsoverlast. Een compensatie in de vorm van gratis ontbijt bijvoorbeeld zou een goed gebaar zijn geweest.
Op de kamer was maar één stoel, waardoor we niet samen aan het tafeltje konden zitten. Er was weinig kastruimte en de grote TV bleek geen smart TV. Het bed bestond uit twee aan elkaar geschoven bedden met twee aparte toplagen. Het tweepersoons laken op het matras en het tweepersoons dekbed hield de bedden tijdens andere activiteit dan slapen niet bij elkaar 🙁

Het zag er over het algemeen wel mooi uit, op afstand.
Keuken leek wel proper en eten was oké en in verhouding met de prijs.

Cons:

Hygiëne - spinnenwebben alsook een rioleringsgeur.
Wellness leek ook niet goed onderhouden; vuil zwembad (dikke laag zand op bodem).

Jammer van de slechte communicatie, ligging is mooi.
Pros:

De ligging in het centrum is perfect!!
Netjes en schoon hotel.

Cons:

Zwembad water was koud en vanuit het restaurant kijk je het zwembad in, niet erg prettig.
De batterij van het deurslot ging ‘s morgens om 6.15u met continu piepjes af. Dit werd opgelost door de nachtportier. Vervolgens moesten we contact opnemen met de manager, dit gedaan maar geen reactie terug gehad erg jammer!!

Bejegening kan nooit goed zijn als het er bij gedaan moet worden door horecapersoneel. Onhandige losse wasbak.

Great staff made up for the disappointing room facilities.
Pros:

Truly lovely staff, nicely decorated.

Cons:

A ridiculous set up w the hand wash sink in the room with nowhere to put soap, and small plastic body wash/shampoo. Totally non environmental and poor quality. A double shower taking up too much space and nowhere to hang towels.
We arrived by bike and had to park them a long walk away in a municipal bike park which was flooded.
There was a fairground outside which was very loud until midnight. The hotel had phoned us the day before to offer to cancel but we decided to go ahead. A drink was kindly offered on arrival but a discount should have been given.
I booked it to pay on arrival but Booking.com took the payment without notification.
