Pros:

Realky liked the location, lady at cgeckin was lovely. Not a modern hotel, but we reakky liked the vibe and enjoy olde worldy things.

Cons:

Wifi very poor in main areas, none in the room (the horror...) Understand about water conservation iniative but as we were staying for a week it would have been nice to have bedding changed every 2-3 days without having to specifically request it. No Avocado or sourdough bread as an option at breakfast.

Really happy would definitely go back
Pros:

Clean. Staff amazing. Location excellent. Nice little bar food was really nice breakfast well organised. Plenty of tea. Coffee. And free biscuits and water in the room. And hot chocolate nice touch.

Rooms need some work on them.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Not keen on the room, right at the back of the hotel.
It was a little tired, could benefit from some redecoration.
Also, one of the beds was pushed up against the wall under the window so the curtains had to be pushed between the bed and wall. Fortunately I was alone so didn't need that bed, but it would be used for two people

Pros:

Nice victorian hotel. Nice bat and lounge areas. My seaview room was spacious

Cons:

Noise from hoverport but that was on me not thinking of it when booked..also pub nxt door was quite loud until midnight

Good family time.
Pros:

We stayed in a first floor room. The room had high ceiling and a great view. The furniture was a bit worn but everything was spotless. All the staff was so helpful and polite. Breakfast was delicious.

Excellent location for travel around the island

Cons:

Staff seemed to look down upon me as a solo traveler, i get the feeling they thought i was beneath them. Lift seemed on the verge of breakdown at all times. I was afraid to close the window in my room to shut out the noise from the hovercraft landing opposite, it seemed as if the window was rotten,
