Domnișoară de la recepție a impresionat prin profesionalism, a explicat, a raspuns calm,explicit tuturor solicitarilor. La restaurant după ce ne-a servit dna Roxana am cautat mereu mesele din zona doamnei. Amplasamentul, dotarile ne-au placut. Recomand.

Cons:

Nu toate persoanele foloseau slapi la piscina iar unii au venit cu boxe de acasa si ne-au fortat sa le ascultam muzica ,care le placea lor!

Eu voi evita pe viitor această locație.
Pros:

Locația bună, vederea din cameră foarte frumoasă, orientare spre Olt și munte. Micul dejun variat dar cafeaua de foarte proasta calitate. Foarte aglomerat dimineața dar personalul este suficient.

Cons:

Am rezervat cameră twin și am primit queen cu un pat îngust.Hotelul este foarte vechi și are camere mici dar sunt renovate. Una dintre prizele de la pat nu este în lateral si nu se poate folosi peste noapte. Deși hotelul se pretinde de 4 stele(si prin pret) nu sunt la dispoziție papuci. A rămas din era comunistă predarea camerei către cameristă (probabil să ia în primire prosoapele).Deși parcarea publică este 10 lei pe zi, trebuie să cumperi un card de la hotel cu 14 lei care pentru mine ca am stat o noapte este dezavantajos.
