O hotel é muito prático por ser relativamente perto do hotel e por ter shuttle.
Cumpre as necessidades básicas e o restaurante é bom

Cons:

No entanto todos os pedidos que fiz por email não me foram atendidos:
- podem me ajudar a saber como devo ir de Linate para o aeroporto? Disseram que não conheciam nada, nenhum taxi, nada....
- Podemos fazer a reserva da shuttle por email? Não, só no check in
- Podemos ter quartos com ligação, uma vez que levamos 2 filhos? Chegamos lá e não era.....

Clean, friendly, and perfect for a short stay with great breakfast.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable accommodation, perfectly suitable for a one‑night stay. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my visit. The restaurant was great, and the breakfast was truly excellent. A pleasant and reliable place to stop for a short stay

the location, there is nothing around, you cannot really take a walk, but it is good for an airport hotel

Convenient & welcoming stopover for travellers.
Pros:

Location close to airport. We arrived at 10pm and hadn’t eaten. Reception phoned dining room & staff kept restaurant open so we could eat. Very kind gesture.

Cons:

Refreshments in room limited to one sachet of caffeinated coffee & one sachet of decaffeinated coffee was a bit mean. Never experienced that before = could do much better!
