Fantastic stay but maybe incorrectly labelled as 5*.
Pros:

Great location
Friendly staff.
Huge and modern room.
Lovely bathroom and shower.
Fantstic AC.
Complimentary toiletries.

The staff were so friendly, contacting us nice and early to confirm check in time, providing us detail about Tirana, arranging Taxi for pickup and drop off.

We were also given a complimentary room upgrade.

We really enjoyed our stay and I would definetly come back here.

Cons:

I think this should be relabelled on booking.com because this is not a hotel, with the 5* facilities (pool, spa, bar, breakfast etc.)

What you do get is a very nice room in central tirana for a good price but maybe do not expect a traditional 5* experience.

Also, as others have noted its on the second floor of a tower block and you need to take the elevator to get up, its not easily sign posted and if you aren't expecting it can be a shock - especially compared to the pictures of inside the rooms posted online.

Grim tower block. Really 2 star. Better places are available.
Pros:

Good setting in central Tirana. Anjeza was pleasant to deal with.

Cons:

This was listed as 5 star and we did not understand how that was possible. It is in a tower block that is mixed residential and commercial and really feels like Soviet Albania. The rooms are subdivided apartments so sound carries. The foyer is grim and has two aging lifts. The walls are badly marked and stained, the balcony looked unsafe, our towels were threadbare and the bathroom needed a deeper clean. We considered leaving and finding another hotel but having arrived late and having an early night the next day, we reluctantly stayed. It was the worst stay on our trip to Albania.

Beautiful room, central location, perfect stay!
Pros:

Convenient location, very helpful staff, clean and equipped room, and the room was absolutely beautiful!

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. When I visit Tirana again I will be booking this hotel again.

Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Tirana
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, davvero comodissima per visitare Tirana a piedi. Le camere sono nuove, curate e molto piacevoli.

Un ringraziamento speciale ai proprietari, alla reception e a tutto lo staff: sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili fin dal mio arrivo. Mi hanno consigliato diversi posti da visitare e dove mangiare e mi hanno aiutata anche con la prenotazione dei taxi.

Mi sono sentita davvero accolta e seguita durante tutto il soggiorno. Esperienza da 10/10, lo consiglio assolutamente e tornerò molto volentieri!

Pour nos dernières nuits en Albanie nous avons été déçu!

La chambre se situe dans une immeuble très médiocre, la chambre avait été nettoyer sommairement. L’odeur dans la salle de bain était nauséabonde impossible de d’aller dans la salle de bain et d’ouvrir ses valises par crainte. Je ne comprends pas la note de 9 pour cette établissement! Car nous avons visité d’autres chambres tout autant médiocre et avec la présence d’humidité!!
