Wspaniała lokalizacja- przez ulice plaża ze słynna reką, przestronny pokój z widokiem na morze, dostępne miejsce parkingowe w garazu podziemnym, przyjazny personel.

Cons:

L'hotel è curato e molto vicino alla spiagge principali di ksamil. Lo staff è stato davvero disponibile per ogni esigenza, ci hanno anche aiutato a raggiungere Saranda per la partenza. La colazione è stata ottima. Una fantastica esperienza!

e' in centro a xamil vista mare tutto bene con il clima se non fossero i servizi gestiti malamente dai proprietari

ho chiesto 1 rotolo di carta igienica e 1 cuscino in più visto che era solo 1 a persona di cuscini in camera e 1 rotolo di carta in 3 non credo di aver chiesto la luna... nessuno schampo ciabatte di cortesia assolutamente nulla!!! il gestore ha detto si si dopo... richiamo si si arrivo... alle 23 di sera chiamo ancora e dice domani... questa e' la filosofia del posto... quindi il primo giorno e' andato... la sera dopo rientriamo alle 20,30 e visto che le camere non erano state pulite carta igienica e cuscino assolutamente come il primo giorno mai portati (in seguito ha detto che puliscono 1 giorno si e 1 no scrivetelo su booking così uno lo sa...) scrivo all'assistenza booking eravamo senza carta igienica questi strafottenti e maleducati mi dicono di andarmela a comprare!!!! assurdo!!!! il 3 giorno la proprietaria alle 15,30 stavo riposando tenta di entrare in camera senza bussare vede che c'è la chiave dentro e continua a fare casino per pulire la stanza bussando ma tanto ormai c'è ne andavamo quindi gli dico room Is ok.... bastava che riposarsi e questa maleducatamente blatera in albanese proprio una persona di bassa qualita' per non dire proprio una cafona!!!! senza rispetto di chi sta riposando nel suo albergo... la mattina scendo a fare colazione premetto nemmeno il caffè!!! ce' solo solubile🤦 e poi stavo li a guardare sapete sempre la signora cosa ha fatto...? ritira i piatti avanzati della colazione fatta dalle persone c'erano due pezzi di formaggio che non erano stati morsi li prende lì mette da parte e li rimette nel vassoio per tutti... no comment.... la camera va anche bene ma zero servizi! unico vantaggio il garage abusivo alto si è no 1,80 che però zona piena di gente almeno si parcheggia... peccato trovo la sorpresa della porta segnata da un calcio meno male ero assicurato altrimenti pagavo pure questo servizio... grazie di tutto col cavolo mi rivedrete...

Jätte trevligt läge med god personal som verkligen ger bra service, otroligt fina rum med god frukost!! Det är verkligen trevligt att komma till en plats med så otroligt bemötande, kändes som man var så inbjudande. Kommer garanterat komma hit igen. Toppen boende

Das Meer hier ist das Juwel von Ksamil
Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Dafür war es bestens geeignet und auch OK, dass wir in den Hinterhof schauten. Das Meer ist ein Juwel. Wunderschönes Wasser.

Cons:

Ksamil war im Juli schon sehr überlaufen. Touristisch leider ziemlich ausgereizt. Da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür, aber es war jetzt auch nicht besser wie mit Sehr gut zu bewerten.
