Pros:

Good location, walkable for us into the riverside location. Not too noisy. Good size room and bathroom with nice hot water. Kettle included. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is a little tired which is reflected in the price. The floor downstairs could do with a good scrub.

We like this hotel for the price, location, and nice breakfast buffet.
Pros:

Monday's breakfast buffet was very nice. This was our second stay at Grand Elevation Hotel so I was comfortable knowing its proximity to the locations I was visiting. The shower works great and offers any water temperature desired. The price is good for the facilities and nice breakfast offered.

Cons:

WE were given the room I asked for that we had last visit to Phnom Penh and I appreciated that, but this time it smelled like someone may have smoked in the room and the slippers available in the room last time were missing. The bathroom floor mat was wet when we arrived leading me to think it might have been previously used.

Our stay is good the location is very convenient

the room is affordable, the breakfast meets my expectation and the location was really good and near the mall and the locations i want to visit.

Cons:

sometimes i can hear the noise outside the room. and don,t have ready hair dryer. even your request when you book. its not always ready in your room. you still need ask at the reception for your request.7our
