Lovely hotel but breakfast should be improved
Pros:

We got a free upgrade to a much larger room with a kitchenette and two bedrooms which was a wonderful gesture. The beds and the bathroom were comfortable. And we also liked the location.

Cons:

The breakfast was not very good. The space was too small, items were out two minutes after breakfast started. And breakfast only starts at 8, which is too late and probably why it turned into a bad experience since everyone jumped in all at the same time.

Чистое и уютное место. Отель находится на верхних этажах здания. На любые просьбы персонал реагирует быстро. Очень вежливые и дружелюбные! Внутри номера есть всё необходимое: банные принадлежности (шампунь, гель для душа, мыло, зубная щётка и паста, полотенца, халат, тапочки, фен). В каждой комнате номера есть кондиционер. Имеется один холодильник, электро чайник, чай, чашки, тарелочки. Всё, что необходимо для комфорта!
Завтрак шведский стол.

Месторасположение

Бронироваль апартамент с 13.05.26 до15.05.26 мне дали апартамент рядом с ресепшен. Там не работал кондиционер ,не было пульта от спальни, днем вообще невозможно сидеть от жари, тем более солнце жарит со стороны окна,ночью более-менее, ми путешествовали с семеой пришлось всем сидеть в одном комнате который работал кондиционер, тот день дежурил один парен три раза попросил что не буд придумать или дать нам другой номер, а тот парен хамил, сказал что перед тем как поселиться я должен бил все проверит, короче намекнул что терпи, другой день девушка с ресепшена нашла и дала мне сломанный пульт от кондиционера, потом сам его починил.

Pros:

Проживание в гостинице оставило только положительные впечатления. Красивый, современный и уютный отель с панорамными окнами и прекрасным видом на горы Душанбе. Номера просторные и чистые, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Удобное расположение, спокойная атмосфера и высокий уровень сервиса. Рекомендую!

Cons:

Минусов вообще нет никаких.

They dont have the facilities as they own only 3 floors in the building. A 3 floor hotel inside another Hotel.
Pros:

The location is pretty good.

Cons:

We requested to have a packed breakfast as we were leaving early morning, they confirmed by email that they would provide us packs. Few hours before at the reception the person told us that they dont have the facility to make packs. Unfulfilled promises!

Schönes Zimmer in guter Lage
Pros:

Alles top, gute Lage und mit dem Shuttle hat es sehr einfach alles geklappt. Das Zimmer ist gut und Hotel in guter Lage. Gerne wieder!

Pros:

Неплохой отель в центре города. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Завтраки так себе. Убираются в номере только если попросить. Номера большие. В этом здании несколько отелей на разных этажах.

Cons:

Завтраки скудные, места мало, надо либо успеть занять столик, либо ждать.
Белье после стирки сушат прямо на лестничных маршах
