Pros:

BALAND Hotel, located inside Firdausi Hotel in the center of Dushanbe, was exceptional. Impeccably clean, with an outstanding breakfast buffet—even offering black and red caviar, which surprised me! The room had everything: smart TV, fridge, complimentary tea, coffee, water. The staff were incredibly kind. I paid 55 euros a night, very reasonable. They even provided a free taxi to the airport. After traveling to 47 countries, this hotel truly stood out. I will absolutely stay here again if I return to Dushanbe.

Pros:

Viešbutis buvo patogus, su švariais kambariais ir gera vieta netoli miesto centro. Pusryčiai buvo patiekiami švediško stalo principu nuo 8 iki 10 val., o registratūra dirbo visą parą.

Cons:

Paslauga neatitiko keturių žvaigždučių viešbučio lūkesčių. Pusryčių zona buvo labai maža, todėl jautėsi perpildyta ir ribota.

Отличное место для знакомства с городом!
Pros:

Отель - восторг! В пешей доступности от центра. Новый, чистый, вкусные завтраки (шведский стол). Персонал супер приветливый, поднял класс номера без доплаты! Рекомендую!!!

Cons:

Чуть сложновато найти вход (нужно заходить через ресепшен другого отеля - Aram Hotel)

Lovely hotel but breakfast needs work
Pros:

Hotel on the 13th floor of a large building. The room was large and modern with a good bathroom and shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 15 minute walk to Rudacki Avenue but taxis are cheap and efficient to get around.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. No toaster which seems to be standard in Tajikistan. Would be nice 😁. No cold milk for cereal (in fact in was almost boiling!). No butter unless you request it. Also breakfast was only from 8 to 10. Would personally prefer 7 to 9. In addition all the breakfast items were not out at 8am and we had to wait 10-15 minutes for some items. One point of note - bathroom did have a stale smell as did not have any external extractor fan.

Great location
Pros:

Great location and great price. Very comfortable bed, good breakfast

Cons:

I originally booked a one bedroom apartment but upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment through booking.com. When I arrived it was only the one bedroom apartment, problem lay with booking.com rather than the hotel

Pros:

У отеля отличное расположение, в пешей доступности основные достопримечательности Душанбе. И до ОВИРа тоже рядом ( если вам надо получать разрешение на Памир)- вам его не миновать).Прекрасное впечатление оставляет и само здание и холл отеля. Ресепшн находится на 13 этаже и номера есть на нескольких этажах выше.
У номеров приятный дизайн в светлых тонах
Необычный ассортимент на завтрак: помимо стандартных сосисок, яичница, хлопьев- есть сырники. И женщина повар делает вкусные салаты: например один раз был оливье, потом мы попробовали салат с курицей и ананасами)
Ну и самое главное - в отеле на ресепшн работают исключительно доброжелательные сотрудники, готовые помочь.

Pros:

Мы остановились в отеле уже повторно, так как нас все устроило в первый раз пребывания. Огромное спасибо персоналу и старшему менеджеру за прекрасный апгрейд номера. Отель не разочаровывает)

Good value. Clean modern rooms. Good breakfast
Pros:

On the 13th floor of a building with other hotels. Another hotel has a gym and sauna on a higher floor that you can pay to use.

Rooms were small but nice and modern. View was of construction on the building below.

Front desk staff were very nice. They let us store our bags for free during the day after we checked out.

Good location, walkable and central.

Very good breakfast.

Cons:

View could be improved.
