Pros:

Jak na Tokio całkiem spory pokój, bardzo dobre wyposażenie, świetne kosmetyki, ręczniki itp. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko metro i Akihabara. Czysto i przytulnie.

Perfect! Everything above this place was amazing. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough positive about this accommodation. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was huge and made us feel very at home. Giving us a sanctuary to escape the hustle and bustle with plenty of room. It was like our own apartment. The facilities are great with a washer and dryer in the room plus a large fridge, microwave and kitchen. My daughter really loved the privacy given by the tall sides on the bunk bed. The bed was huge and very comfortable for my partner and I. It was also very conveniently placed with a 7 Eleven across the road, 5 min walk to the train station and the Electric district full of rest and a huge anime presence full of shopping. Love this place and would recommend to everyone. The price was brilliant for what you get as well.

Absolutely nothing… this accomodation was perfect!

Pros:

L'appartement est spacieux. Il est situé à 5 /10 minutes de plusieurs stations de metro, ce qui permet de visiter facilement la ville. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Tout etait propre. L'appartement est tres bien équipé avec une cuisine et un lave linge (ce qui vu la chaleur est pratique pour laver régulièrement son linge) . Le quartier est calme.

Cons:

Tous les couchages sont dans la même pièce (1 lit king size + 2 lits superposés) qui est aussi le salon et la cuisine, ce qui n'est pas pratique si on est plusieurs avec des horaires de coucher ou de levers differents.

Great value for the price.

There was a lot of space compared to the hotel we stayed at in Tokyo.

Cons:

The people who came into clean the room didn’t exactly clean. Just changed the towels and stretched the sheets. They also turned off the hot water machine.

The location is good. Spacious room. Having a kitchen, dining table and wash machine was very convenient

Unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay quite disappointing (considering the price tag). The chairs were extremely uncomfortable and seemed to be very worn out. Whenever I sat down, the seat sank so deeply that it felt as though I might fall through it.

The bed also had no headboard, and the wall directly behind the bed was covered with black stains, which I have to say looked quite disgusting. It gave the room a cheap motel feel. I usually like to sit up in bed and lean against the headboard or wall to relax, but here I felt very uncomfortable doing so.

We stayed for 9 nights, and unfortunately, the housekeeping was consistently below standard. There were still food crumbs left on the floor and table after cleaning. The refill of the water bottles was very random…

To sum up, I would not stay here again.

החדר מאוד נוח, נקי , הכל כמו חדש. הגודל מצויין למשפחה של 4. החדר עבודה היה מצויינת כחדר למזוודות. הצוות מאוד נחמד ועוזר בכל דבר. ממליצה מאוד. מבחינת רכבת תחתית יש מספר קווים בהליכה של 5-10 דקות.

Close to public transit, in between ueno and Akihabara, nice staff, clean room and bed (I’m OCD)
