Private, spacious, and comfortable place to stay in Tokyo!
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. One of the biggest advantages was that our accommodation occupied an entire floor, which made it feel very private and quiet, though we could definitely hear the folks above us thumping around and I imagine the people below could hear us. The room was also surprisingly spacious, especially considering it's located in the middle of Tokyo where space is often limited. I would say that the overall experience felt more like staying in an Airbnb than a traditional hotel. Having extra room to relax and a more residential feel made our stay very comfortable. Another feature we loved was the in-room laundry machine. Being able to do laundry during our trip was incredibly convenient and made a big difference, especially for a longer stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a private, spacious, and comfortable place to stay in Tokyo.

Cons:

While it's clear that a lot of thought went into providing amenities and features that travelers might need, the overall layout and organization of the space didn't seem especially intuitive, and we often found ourselves wondering why certain items or areas were arranged the way they were. We would suggest that the owners spend a few days living in the space themselves, as that might help identify opportunities to make the layout more practical and user-friendly for guests. Another drawback was a very strong odor in the common areas. It was probably cleaning solutions, but it smelled strongly of paint or turpentine. With some adjustments to the layout and attention to the odor issue, this property would be a top notch stay for this area of Tokyo!

Pros:

Great stay. Big room compared to other hotels. Bunk bed for kids was awsomem 5 mins walk to metro. 7 11 is in 2 mins walking. Staff was really good and helpful

Cons:

Would recommend if a full.lenght mirror can be kept in the room.

Pros:

Localisation parfaite près de la Ginza Line, au calme mais à côté du cœur de akihabara. Logement superbe, personnel top. Nous étions 4 et avons passé 3 nuits. Nous avons eu un petit tremblement de terre mais nous sommes sentis parfaitement en sécurité. Si nous revenons à Tokyo je reprendrai sans hésitation ce logement, parfait !

Pros:

Spacious room for families and to spread put all of your suitcases. All the good of an Airbnb-space, price, privacy, but also everything you would want from a hotel. Has everything you need, toiletries, cleaning, umbrellas to use, front desk to accept luggage forwarding, luggage storage. Close distance to multiple subway stations and walking to a lot of food and shopping, accessible to all parts of tokyo by transit.

Cons:

Beds were a little firm, but that is pretty common for Japan, just foreigners are not so used to it.

Very spacious considering this is in Tokyo, perfect for 5 of us. Room is very clean and modern, great facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed is very comfortable. Shower is great.
