Great location, easy walk from the ferry port and lots of restaurants. Very modern and clean room. Air con was so good in the summer heat!

Small hotel, big hospitality!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our three-night stay at this boutique hotel. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location; within walking distance of everything we wanted to see or do. Alex was an exceptional host; friendly, accommodating, and full of great local recommendations. His mom at the front desk was so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They both made our stay very enjoyable - Highly recommend!

Bang for your buck
Pros:

The property was excellent for a cheap stay in Saranda! Located up a small hill, in what felt like a really local area. The host and reception lady were SO hospitable, could not recommend the hotel more.
The room was cleaned everyday, great aircon, comfy bed.

Cons:

The bathroom is really small! Every-time we showered everything in the bathroom would get wet, however they have a squgee to mop it all up in the room.

Pros:

Austin Boutique Hotel was newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. Locally owned and operated, Alex and his mother made sure any questions were answered and helped accommodate any logistics needed. Great location too. A quick walk to the promenade, restaurants, bars, etc.

מלון מדהים ממליצים מאוד
Pros:

חדר מרווח, יפה ונקי, היה תענוג לשהות במלון.
אלכס היה מקסים ועוזר מאוד, היה זמין ונתן המלצות טובות לדברים באזור.
יש חניה בסמיכות למקום. והמלון במיקום מעולה, קרוב לטיילת אבל לא במקום עמוס באנשים.
נהנינו מאוד וממליצים בחום!!

אהבנו הכל במקום האירוח
רק 2 נקודות שצריך לקחת בחשבון בכללי-
1. המפות לא תמיד מכווינות בדיוק למלון, אבל אלכס זמין ועוזר מיד
2. יש עליה ומדרגות בדרך למלון מהטיילת, לא נורא בכלל (אני עם בעיה בברך וזה היה בסדר גמור) אבל צריך לקחת בחשבון

Fantastico hotel
Pros:

Ho soggiornato nella struttura per una settimana e mi sono trovata davvero bene, personale disponibile e super gentile. La possibilità di parcheggio è impagabile a Saranda che è molto affollata e priva di parcheggi.

Cons:

Se vogliamo essere pignoli poco spazio per appoggiare oggetti in bagno.

Pros:

Erg lieve, gastvrije mensen die met je meedenken en je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk proberen te maken. Bij aankomst kregen we hulp met parkeren en onze bagage naar boven krijgen. Ze gaven tips voor leuke stranden en eet plekjes.
Gedurende het verblijf hadden we een strijkijzer, extra kledinghangers en weegschaal nodig, deze werd direct gebracht.
De kamer was extreem hygiënisch, geen roest, kalkaanslag of andere dingen die je wel is ziet.
