Très bien, je recommande
Pros:

Le côté authentique et charmant et bien placé on peut tout faire à pied à part le château ville tout en haut où il faut prendre la voiture évidemment.
Le personnel est charmant et très hospitalier. le petit déjeuner est servi à l’assiette. Quantité énorme et fait maison.

Tolles Personal & unglaublich gutes Essen. Lage ist perfekt & Parkplatz für wenig Geld um die Ecke.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind recht klein und einfach gehalten. Haben aber angeboten bekommen in ein anderes zu wechseln, was wir nicht gemacht haben.

Ottima soluzione per Berat
Pros:

Atmosfera, la struttura è in un edificio d’epoca, ristrutturato. Pulizia della camera. Posizione molto comoda, ci si può avvicinare con l’auto per scaricare i bagagli e nelle vicinanze c’è un parcheggio (5€ al giorno). I quartieri storici di Berat si trovano a pochi minuti a piedi.

Cons:

La colazione è abbondante e di qualità, ma viene servita al tavolo e non si può scegliere, è uguale per tutti. Così possono esserci degli sprechi o al contrario si può trovare molto poco delle cose preferite .

Todo estuvo genial. Es un hotel bonito, el recepcionista que nos atendió fue muy amable y se preocupó por preguntarnos durante la estancia si necesitábamos algo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era cómoda. Los desayunos exquisitos y abundantes.

Cons:

El horario del check-out, aunque en general en Albania es sobre las 10am.

Pros:

The hotel is located close to the suspension bridge, which takes you to the centre. Close to shops, restaurants and the mosques.

Cons:

Not getting consistent information about travelling to Gjirokaster from Berat. The hotel manager I only met on the day I arrived, he then went on his own holiday out of the country. FYI - there are 2 buses daily, 8am (indirect) and 2pm (direct) from Berat to Djirokaster. The cost is probably 800 LEK (€8 / £7). The earlier bus stops near enough to (about 5 mins away by car), where you can pick up another short bus ride or get a taxi. I got scammed by the taxi driver who was arranged by the hotel and was efficient in taking me to the bus terminal for the 8am bus, but was then saying it wasn't direct and I would be charged so much more once i get off at the point from where I need to pick up another taxi or bus to Gjirokaster. At 7am I just wanted to get out of Berat and not risk not being about to get on the bus (you basically need to get to the bus terminal early enough to get a space!) so I negotiated a 2.5 hour solo ride with him for €80 (from €90) which when my Gjirokaster host heard about, he basically said they lied to you to get your money. Taxi drivers will try amy which way to make a buck. Highly peed off and for that reason probably won't ever come back either to Berat or this hotel!

A boutique gem
Pros:

Delicious food. Exceptional staff. Every need was met. They went overboard to make our stay perfect and easy. The room was very comfortable. The location was amazing. They helped with our luggage.

Super Hotel in toller Lage!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön mit den Steinmauern, die Umgebung ist super. Die kleinen Gassen in Berat sind ein Traum, es ist so eine schöne Stadt!
Das Frühstück war verdammt viel und auch sehr lecker :-)
Alle waren sehr freundlich, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.
Parken in der Nähe kostet 500 lek, was auch völlig in Ordnung ist.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Familienzimmer und leider konnte man die Fenster nicht verdunkeln, es war ab 5:30 Uhr also sehr hell im Zimmer.
