ذهبت في. رابعه4 فجرا ل اكمل حجزي فقال لي الموظف. ليس الان دخولي ب الظهر و تلفوني لم يكن فيه شحن ف وثقت بكلامه وذهبت و رجعت الى المنزل واتيت بعد الظهز ف قال لي موظف اخر ان حجزي انتهى وان الظهر جيك اوت ف. غضبت وقلت لهم افتحو الكاميرات ابي الموظف الي كان موجود الفجر ف. قالو لي خلاص راح نغير وقت حجزج و ماصار شي قلت لهك اوكي فقالو لا تستطيعين الدخول الا. لما تدفعين تامين 50كاش و لم يكن لدي 50 كاش ف انتظرت صديقتي تاتي لكي تعطيني ولم تاتي ف مشيت و ذهبت فلوسي مع البحر

اسوء فندق من كل النواحي. ييينا نسوي جك ان الموظفه قعدتنا ساعه وتقول مافي حجز باسمكم ويننتنا يلا سوينا جك ان! وكاتبين في بلكونه وفيو واخر شي لا بلكونه ولا شي والدريشه تتبطل ربع! طلبنا روم سيرفس من الياركود وطالعانا preparing وطولوا دقينا عليهم الموظفه تقول اسفه توني اشوف!! عقب نص ساعه من اتمام الطلب! شنو في اسوء من جذي؟

ماانصح فيه اذا بقى الموظفين على نفس الاسلوب والتعامل

الحسنه الوحيده اني مجرد مااطلع من الغرفه يدخلون ينظفونها ويرتبون

Cons:

حجزت من البرنامج و حاولت ادفع بالبطاقه مالقيت بالبرنامج الا عند الوصول و تواصل معاي موظف الاستقبال واحنا بالطريق يبي تحويل للمبلغ او يلغي الحجز تعامله جدا سيء غير متفهم
ايضا وقت المغادره نسيت انزل الكرت معاي و اعطيته خبر ان بالغرفه موجود قال ممنوع ودفعني غرامه صح المبلغ مايسوى بس طريقة التعامل جدا جدا سيئه
