Absolutely everything about the apartment was fantastic (apart from the toilet flush)!
Pros:

Extremely spacious, comfortable beds, value for money, excellent, central location, clean.

Cons:

Toilet did not flush but I used a kettle of water to flush! Only staying the one night so didn’t bother phoning to tell them. 3 o’clock check in is a little on the late side.

Lovely spacious apartment, very comfortable bed and close to most attractions (10 min walk).
Pros:

Spacious apartment, comfy bed and good aircon! The location is very good with some nice cafes very close.

No card in deposit box..had to call but no answer.. luckily a staff member came by after 10mins and eventually let me in..not their fault. No batteries in tv remote, decor used and shabby, hair in bed, sofa a disgrace..stained and falling apart

Pros:

This is an excellent place to stay. Very spacious and clean. Great location and staff were so helpful

Nothing. Except the shower did not drain very well but this is a minor issue and can be rectified.

Uncomfortable. Location is good. Ok for 1 night. Just a couple as is impossible to use the sofa bed.
Pros:

Location is the best thing about this property.
The kitchen was enough for a breakfast and to keep some drinks in the fridge.

Cons:

Very uncomfortable. I would not spend more then one night there. The mattress in the bedroom was way to soft, I felt like I was sinking the whole night.
We were in 3 but the sofa bed was impossible to use. It was broke. The bathroom needs maintenance. The windows don’t open.

Happy overall, great place
Pros:

Very sleek and modern looking. Very easy to 'check in'. We really like the layout and a lot of the facilities and how the apartment was.

Cons:

I thought it was an actual apartment, but it was more like apartment rooms in a hotel setting along a corridor.
The lobby bits and corridors were very dark with dark painting which was not ideal for a visual impaired guest.
We found a crisp packet behind the sofa bed, which was a bit ripped in places, showing it wasn't cleaned behind there.

Not at all a happy experience
Cons:

There was awful smell of sewage in the apartment. The key wouldn’t work to let us in and we waited 2 hours for a member of staff to come help us get in.

A fab place to stay and well located with friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.
Pros:

Loved this place and will definitely stay again. Perfectly located with friendly staff. Nicely decorated with everything we could have needed. Also I loved that you could phone and speak to an actual person if needed. Super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Just a small thing. We had a slight problem with the key code to the building when we got back later. However, we had received a duplicate email addressed to someone else and we had their code so it worked out fine. Getting in to the room was ok though.

Great location, value, staff and facilities!
Pros:

The location is great for nights out in Liverpool, but still quiet enough to sleep afterwards! The apartment was clean - apart from an abandoned pizza in a box on the sofa - but we're not nesh, so we just binned it and carried on. There was a kerfuffle with the keypad codes both for us and another party, but the mega-efficient James un-kerfuffled it in minutes...thanks James. The apartment had everything we needed and we will remember this place for future nights out in the city.

Cons:

As mentioned, the faulty keypad code and second-hand pizza didn't get us off to a great start, but they were easily solved, so we didn't let them spoil our fun!
